When we arrived on November 9, 2024, the receptionist Eva welcomed us kindly and helpfully and explained everything to us willingly. It was a pleasant start to the stay.

The build quality looked really good also, from switches, to sanitary installation. You don’t find all these in 4 stars hotels.
Just note that I stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Shared bedrooms experience might be different.
