Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Guest House K74 enjoys a quiet location within a small family farm. Set next to the forest in Jablonné v Podještědí, it offers apartment with a balcony and free Wi-Fi.
The breakfast buffet was really nice, lots of extra options and the staff are on hand to make you omelets etc. Our attic apartment was small, but well equipped. There was a/c in the downstairs sitting area, I wish there had been an additional unit or fan in the sleeping loft above. It is a very dog friendly apart hotel. The restaurant was excellent too, although quite expensive. We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have 2 tv's. The tv with the HDMI cord upstairs in the loft was nice for watching movies in bed.
The location of this hotel, among the hills and fields with horses, is just amazing. You really just need to walk 5 minutes uphill to get a great view of the valley. It's simply beautiful. The hotel serves good breakfast, and the people working in it are very nice. The room is basic, but it has everything you might need. I especially enjoyed a huge comfy armchair - perfect for working with laptop. In general - I really enjoyed my stay.

Super, elegant place, very comfortable apartment with balcony. Everything new and fresh, warm and clean. Horses underneath don't bother, it's even wonderful to look at them at the paddoc. Convinient stay, nice breakfast, good beer in Pivnice which belongs to the hotel complex. I recommend the place😁
