Nice atmosphere with classical music in the elevators and in the restaurant and pictures from the Don Giovanni movie on the walls. The breakfast is an experience in itself as it consists of a huge buffet with fresh and tasty food of all sorts. The staff was friendly and even gave us some small gifts, including a water bottle at the checkout, which was very nice of them. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the metro station, you don't even need to cross the street, and the metro brings you to the center in like 10 mins, so it's very well positioned.

I was extremely disappointed with the property. Upon late-night check-in, I found that the room lacked essential amenities, including a kettle, which I had specifically requested due to traveling with infants who need milk. After repeated requests, the kettle was finally provided the next day. However, the air conditioner failed to work throughout the night, making it unbearable given the heat in Prague. The washroom was tiny, and despite the listing showing a bathtub, it was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, the room had a leakage issue. I will be filing a complaint with (link unavailable) and expect a refund. The hotel's lack of preparation for our stay, including not providing a baby cot, was inexcusable."

This hotel has its own unique character and historic vibe, which makes staying there an experience in itself. While it is a bit farther from the old town, the public transport system is excellent and tram and bus stops are very close to the hotel. The rooftop bar offers gorgeous sunset views. The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. I'd also suggest opting for the breakfast - it offered a nice variety of options.
