the house is not new but newly renovated. it was found very clean and well equipped (facilities, furniture, kitchen, a BIG fridge). everything looked new. the bathroom is large and as well new and clean. there is a convenient - and covered - parking spot in the back that we we were there was free of use. the communication with the host - via WhatsApp - was easy and responses were immediate. the area is not super-turistic (for us is an added value) and quiet. lot of good restaurants at walking distance. the beach is at 5min.

Breakfast had a great selection - loved it! The view of the sea was superb from our balcony window. The shallow soft sand area before the manmade reef was lovely and warm/cooling. The reef itself (covered in kelp plants not coral) was great for snorkelling around to observe lots of fish in their natural environment.

The pool, gardens and beach were lovely. Bright rooms with nice decor, good balcony and very friendly staff. Location great to get the bus or taxis into Larnaca very easily. Also shops and restaurants very close. Right on the beach with great access to water sports and hotel loungers.

It was rlly nice and pretty, the room was really nice too as they upgraded me to a premium room so it was so beautiful. The pool area was nice and clean as well. Good views from the balcony too.
