Super clean, all the equipment you needed. Host was very responsive. No issues with our stay at all. Will definitely book again. Aside from the road works through the high street, which caused diversions, nothing bad to report. The pool was cleaned regularly too. Outstanding

Theo sunset hotel is very beatiful hotel on the cyprus shore. The wiev for evening sunset from restaurant or from swimming pool was amazing! The room was big and comfortable and near the swimming pool. We have our own balcony. Very nice option that one of two swimming pools was only for adults.
The food was good. We have half board option- with breakfast and dinner. For breakfast we have mamy option- from pancakes, eggs, toast, sandwiches and very more. For drink we have also a lot of option. On dinner we have every day new cuisine- oriental, greek, Italian. We spent a great time on Theo sunset bay hotel ;)

I love Peyia, I love the scenic views and the quirky little streets and restaurants. It's very peaceful here - we live at the other side of the island in Protaras which is very touristy in the summer - Peyia just feels very calm and quiet and peaceful! Recommend eating at The Old Cinema.

Nice, small and quiet village, enough good beaches, some restaurant on the hill and at the beaches - totally recommend "Grand cafe bar restaurant" in the center and Elisaveta Restaurant at the main road by the sea!
Not very entertaining holiday place, but it was sth i was looking for. Nice to chill in peace and forget about other people ;-)
Stunning view from the top of the village! Definitely rent a car.

There was plenty of good places to eat where you could walk to and not have to worry regarding driving.
If you fancied some thing a with a little more night life coral bay is only a 5 minute drive away.
We used mixture of the following;
Chinese take away

Although Peyia is quite a steep walk up in to the village, it offers some good bars and Restaurants, The Old Cinema Cypriot Tavern at the top of the village and also Cousins bar but recommend booking as Cousins is not a very big establishment but very popular. Phillipos at the top of the village behind the Church is the place to shop if you are Self Catering, they have just about anything you wish for at reasonable prices.
A huge lettuce for example only cost 40 cents and they are fresh like all the rest of their produce. There is also a bakery that sells fantastic bread and all type of scrumptious cakes.
Go and try, you won't be disappointed.

It's close to most amenities, however I would recommend you hire a car. The restaurants in the village are lovely and there is a great choice in the area. From the apartment you can walk up the hill to Savvas Grill and that is a very nice restaurant. Means everyone can have a drink. You can walk to the village but it is quite a steep hill and fine for the young and energetic. It's not far from Coral bay beach which is lovely but again you do need a car. We had a car but I'm told the buses from Coral bay to Paphos are very good and cheap.

Rent a car!
Rent a car! Peyia is on a hill walking to shops and bars is an option if you are fit and don't mind walking up and down hills, there is a bus service.
Peyia is a quieter than Coral Bay.
Walking distance - Jail Bar is friendly. The Brewery, Harris Bar, Wood & Good, The Old Cinema - do food and Drinks.
The room was amazing: the bed was comfy, we had small kitchen where we cooked breakfasts, but the main advantage of the room and hotel in general was the terrace and the view. Amazing. Peyia Pearl was the best hotel we stayed at on Cyprus. You can enjoy a very picturesque scenery standing on the terrace - the city, the sea, the mountains. We enjoyed sunsets there and full moon over sea. If I come back to Cyprus again - I will stay at Peyia Pearl without doubts.
Fantastic apartment- spotless clean, great interior design and feels like a real home. But the best part is the VIEW! I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony looking out to the sea. Incredible! Karoly, the host, was always a message/phone call away to answer all my questions and make sure I have everything I needed in the apartment. Amazing place and it goes without saying that I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Cyprus! 10 out of 10!
Pretty spacy studio apartment with balcony (with a sea view :), see picture). Has a kitchenette, pretty big refrigerator (I'd say 300+ liter, its definitely NOT the "office" stuff typical hotels had, much more space).
Great hospitality and help from Andreas, the owner.
Powerful wifi in my room, had not a single problem at any time.
Also the mattress was above average quality for sure, better than in some 4 star hotels on the island.
The house was located in a complex of houses with a communal pool that was clean and well maintained. The gardens were also very well kept and beautiful. All our neighbours were very polite and the complex was quiet and perfect for relaxation. The kitchen was also fully equipped which is always good when you travel with children and teenagers. Very near some beautiful beaches by car and close the village of Peyia to shop groceries.
the views from the elevated position of the property were fantastic. the villa was situated down a very quiet path/road…… suited us! the pool was brilliant. the villa had a poker table, table tennis table, pool table and darts board. the kitchen was very well equipped with several grudges situated around the property! it was a short drive from Peyia village which had many bars, cafes & restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM etc
Very spacious and well equipped apartment. With a very nice view of the sea. Air conditions for each room. Big private parking, very quiet neighbourhood. Good localization (just 5 min by car to Coral Bay and centre of Peya, 30 min from Paphos airport). Mr Evros is the best host on Cyprus, really kind and helpful who took care of our stay from very beggining. We come back here for sure!
Fantastic property with amazing sea views in a beautiful part of Cyprus. Good sized clean pool. Plenty of space and a lovely garden. We made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets from the balcony. The owner (Harry) was very friendly and helpful, as was Kevin (maintenance guy). Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly. Overall, an excellent stay.
The impeccable pool is the best in Cyprus with night swimming possibilities. Kitchen with all necessary utensils, quiet environment with a lot of greeneries. Comfortable Living room with Netflix. Very friendly, caring, helpful, and decent owners.
The property was just what we needed, easy to book, easy to find due to a clear video sent from the owner. Facilitators were great with small touches with coffee and spices provided. Great view from balcony and 20 minute to Peyia village.
The appartment was in a great location near to the restaurants of Peyia all the locals where always chatty. Easy location to get to Coral Bay and Paphos. Our two main areas where The Grande Inn and The Jail two minutes from each other.
We stayed at Paschali sunset for 12nights, Monique has thought of everything you would need for your stay and the apartment was clean, well equipped with all you would need for your stay in Cyprus. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a massive size hotel sitting in a beautiful location right on the beach. The hotel itself has every physical attribute that you could wish for. The beds are comfortable, the showers are warm, and the views are fantastic.
Evros is a great host, very informative and helpful, before and throughout our stay.
The apartment is well equipped and having a nearby pool is nice.
Peyia is nice and quiet yet very close to coral bay area.
Amazing view, very private, attentive hosts, great bbq area, iptv. Aircon a godsend!
2mins in car to peyia or coral bay.
Beautiful villa, does not disappoint in any way!
Very nice and clean house to have vacation with the family, well equipped ,comfy beds beautiful mountain/ village views from lovely veranda and available parking space
