Wonderful location just at the sea. Beautiful and spacious sandy beach just in front of the house. Great experience to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of sea waves in the background. So good, like there, we didn’t sleep for ages. The house is fully equipped, with a big garden and terrace, sunny almost entire day. Haris is a wonderful man, he waited for us with traditional food and a 2-3 days food set. The house and location is in a beautiful area, the sea is within walking distance from the house, any minuses you notice make up for it with the location and the good mood of the owner.

Wonderfull location. The best you can get. The ability to swim in a beautifull sea and then step into your backyard was amazing. The house is fully equipped. The maintenance guy and the telephonic service was perfectly ok .

We travelled in September, and it was lovely and quiet at the pool. Pool cleaned each morning, and air con worked well in the bedroom. All facilities you need, cooker toaster kettle fridge freezer and washing machine. There were books to read, and i left a few behind also. We hired a car so we went into kiti most nights for food. My partner is a plane spotter, so loved seeing all the planes fly above the apartment. The proprietor was kind enough to let us stay on, on our last day as we were not flying out til 10ish. Overall lovely experience

From hotel location was prety easy to walk anywhere. The beach 5min walk, the Marina 25min walk, tha salt lake 25min walk.
The staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was included in price so that was the best part about our stay in this hotel. Bedding was clean and smelled fresh on chek in, so did the towels. When our neighbours flooded our room, staff reacted fast to send maintenance and cleaning staff, that was nice. 😊

Pervolia is a quiet place with a few restaurants, cafe and a local supermarket and chemist. You don’t need a car to get to the restaurants but if you want the beach you will need a car. The 2 restaurants we like are Kokos tavern and Pyrgos the owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is also a local bus service.

There are blue flag serviced (until the end of October) beaches at Pervolia. There are restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is a great choice for a beach holiday. A car would be essential to enjoy and explore the Island and local area. Pervolia is a large village and quite spread out so, most amenities would be quite a walk from the villa. Also, only the main streets are lit so walking anywhere at night in the dark could be hazardous.

Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating...
Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating or nicer. He showed us around the large property and said we were welcome to fruit from his many on site fruit trees and daily eggs from the hen coup. We had use of the bikes, which was a real bonus to explore more the surrounding area and short trip to the sea. Pool area was second to none and a fantastic size including bbq area and many facilities and outdoor fridge. The water cooler which filters tap water making the need to buy bottled water uncessary. Every kitchen need was provided, I cl Tupperware and dishwasher tablets, laundry powder and essentail household cleaning items and loads of toilet rolls. It was a home from home and will highly recommend. We will definitely be staying again.
Perfect localization, easy access to the long empty beach (March 2024), very quiet and calm neighborhood, close to Larnaca Airport and city center. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for stay of a week or longer, perfect for a couple, large parking at he back of apartment and good WiFi.
The villa has all mod cons and is located in a quiet little corner of Cyprus. Clean and roomy, ideal for a family of three or four. The rental company are fantastic, always on hand to answer any questions and even left us a, much needed, welcome pack.
quiet place, but not too far from Larnaca. excellent choice for families. Swimming Pool was very big and nice and always free. All facilities included.
