The apartment was really nice, pretty close to the beach, Malama and Kohili, the hostess was really nice, she answered promptly and was willing to help us what whatever we needed. The apartment was big, the view is really nice and really comfortable.

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...
People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

its the place if you want to hang out in ayia napa at nights or beaches but back to sleep at quieter area, plus close to other cities and beaches like protaras and 3 fig tree beach even to big super markets and on highway to laranaca.

Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

Nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious enough, with nice kitchenette, with stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge. Very clean apartment. Had 2 sofas which turned into beds in the living room, and 2 connected single beds in the bedroom.
It is located in a residential area, and definitely need a car to go to the beach, which if you have a car everything is quite near.
The complex has no swimming pool onsite, but who needs a swimming pool as the brilliant beaches are just around the corner!

I recommend Paralimni. It’s a very nice area. There are very nice sandy beaches and lovely restaurants serving local food. The only thing I do not recommend in Paralimni is BLUE ELECTRA COMPLEX. They destroy our holidays, as there was no water in the apartment. We couldn’t use the bathroom and the toilet.
Apartment is very well equipped, especially for a family stay with small children. There's a washing machine so there's no need to pack a huge amount of clothes for the little ones. The building is noticeably quiet and the surrounding area as well -for the most part, especially compared to the rest of Protaras/Paralimni area. Lots of amenities nearby, we had a car but most of them are also accessible on foot. A bus stop is within walking distance as well. We will, hopefully, book next year as well.
Pieris was always very helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth.
The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises.
The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.
Is a fully fitted budget appartment in a quiet area. A bit off the main turistic area , you need a car to go arround but you have 10 or more of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus close around you . Closest you can go on foot in 10 15 min ,the rest 15 or 20 min by car. We stayed 18 days and we enjoined it fully , the swimming pool is very nice also if you want a day of from the sand. A solid 9 from us.

Just 5 minutes from Grecian Park Hotel where I attended 5 day conference. Excellent value for money. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine , washing machine and dishwasher. Great.

* 2 powerful AC
No additional fee. You can use a pool in a hotel across the street.
3 beaches are available by foot (10-15 minutes), reasonable places for eat.
Nice hosts, well equipped, including complimentary water, spacious, excellent for 4 guests, comfortable beds, properly working air conditioning (cooling/heating) and wifi, parking just below the flat.
Cyprus is a nice destination with friendly people, do not hesitate to visit it :)

Nice one bedroom apartment, clean and spacious. I liked the decoration of the towels on the beds and the extra slippers! There were fruits and fresh water in the apartment giving the idea of living in a 4* hotel.
