We liked the Villa and the beaches nearby. The Villa was big and clean, equipped with everything we needed. We rented a car and could find the villa easily, the owner gave us proper instructions. We would be happy to go back again!

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

its the place if you want to hang out in ayia napa at nights or beaches but back to sleep at quieter area, plus close to other cities and beaches like protaras and 3 fig tree beach even to big super markets and on highway to laranaca.

Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

Nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious enough, with nice kitchenette, with stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge. Very clean apartment. Had 2 sofas which turned into beds in the living room, and 2 connected single beds in the bedroom.
It is located in a residential area, and definitely need a car to go to the beach, which if you have a car everything is quite near.
The complex has no swimming pool onsite, but who needs a swimming pool as the brilliant beaches are just around the corner!

I recommend Paralimni. It’s a very nice area. There are very nice sandy beaches and lovely restaurants serving local food. The only thing I do not recommend in Paralimni is BLUE ELECTRA COMPLEX. They destroy our holidays, as there was no water in the apartment. We couldn’t use the bathroom and the toilet.
Pieris was always very helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth.
The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises.
The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.
We really liked the Location, Pool Spa and outdoor areas and the cleanliness of the Villa.
It had everything we needed and the local Bakery had fabulous cakes and coffee ( just like Australian coffee 😀) all the local restaurants that were recommended by the owners were great too. We did hire a car which we found very handy.
We would absolutely stay here again

No additional fee. You can use a pool in a hotel across the street.
3 beaches are available by foot (10-15 minutes), reasonable places for eat.
The villa is exactly as in the pictures, very clean, comfortable and with very well equipped kitchen. Excellent pool and jacuzzi. David was the perfect host, he guided and advised us in every way, making our stay very pleasant. Thanks again for everything. We highly recommend Villa Maria!
Overall we had a lovely stay at Villa Luca. The villa is bright, clean and spacious. Lovely pool area. Restaurants and beach within walking distance. Communication with premier villas was excellent. Car is preferable, especially during the off season.
Comfortable, good outside space, lots of sun beds and chairs, lovely pool and garden. Good, quiet location but close to restaurants and beach. Received useful information/emails about the property before the holiday - directions etc.
Nice one bedroom apartment, clean and spacious. I liked the decoration of the towels on the beds and the extra slippers! There were fruits and fresh water in the apartment giving the idea of living in a 4* hotel.
The host is an amazing guy, always there for you, very friendly and helpful. The house is very comfortable. The location is also very good, near to the best beaches of Paralimni. Just great..
Excellent location, minutes from shops bars and restaurants. Hotel pool was perfect for us. Great value for money, basic with no frills but very clean and daily service was exceptional.
