Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...
People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

its the place if you want to hang out in ayia napa at nights or beaches but back to sleep at quieter area, plus close to other cities and beaches like protaras and 3 fig tree beach even to big super markets and on highway to laranaca.

Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

Nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious enough, with nice kitchenette, with stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge. Very clean apartment. Had 2 sofas which turned into beds in the living room, and 2 connected single beds in the bedroom.
It is located in a residential area, and definitely need a car to go to the beach, which if you have a car everything is quite near.
The complex has no swimming pool onsite, but who needs a swimming pool as the brilliant beaches are just around the corner!

I recommend Paralimni. It’s a very nice area. There are very nice sandy beaches and lovely restaurants serving local food. The only thing I do not recommend in Paralimni is BLUE ELECTRA COMPLEX. They destroy our holidays, as there was no water in the apartment. We couldn’t use the bathroom and the toilet.
Pieris was always very helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth.
The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises.
The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.
I have to say I was really shocked by the quality of this beautiful apartment! Lovely clean, sunny apartment with a balcony. Everything you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, a well equipped kitchen. And three amazing shared pools to choose from and a gym at a small fee! cannot recommend enough .. the best place I have stayed at in Cyprus. Mike was very helpful with the check in.
The apartment is in quite place, 1 km distance from the nearest beach, restaurants, supermarkets - local and international like Metro and Lidle. There is absolutely everything that you need for comfort staying, all the furniture and technics are in good condition. We definitely recommend Yannis as a host and his place to stay while visiting the south-eastern coast of Cyprus.
Everything was super! It was the best place in the Cyprus. Very clean rooms. There was all you need. Very nice poolarea and it was useable in the winter, too. There was best climate in the Cyprus, too :) Every day was sun on the January. Very good city, very good shops and restaurants and coffee... Nissi Beach is only 5-10 minutes with car. The best beach.
Villa has been renovated recently and has an amazing pool!!!
Very clean inside and well equipped having everything you need for your holidays with new comfortable beds which was very good for my back. :)

* 2 useful sofa in living room
* small kitchen with fridge
* 2 powerful AC
No additional fee. You can use a pool in a hotel across the street.
3 beaches are available by foot (10-15 minutes), reasonable places for eat.
The location is perfect, the cleanest sand beach Kohili are near the villa. Malami beach with beautiful sand and stones bottom of the sea are also near the Alison villa.
Owners present domestic vine for the clients. Next time we will choose the same Alison villa in Paralimni.
This was a lovely place to stay! Such good value and really cosy feel. Sure it might not have all the amenities as other places, but it is an ideal place to stay in Paralimni. The host family is lovely, and so are all the animals! I can't recommend this place enough.

Nice one bedroom apartment, clean and spacious. I liked the decoration of the towels on the beds and the extra slippers! There were fruits and fresh water in the apartment giving the idea of living in a 4* hotel.
The host is an amazing guy, always there for you, very friendly and helpful. The house is very comfortable. The location is also very good, near to the best beaches of Paralimni. Just great..
