Excellent in all respects, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, delicious local produce and helpful staff. The only downside is that i contracted a fungal infection from the daily use of the spa facilities :( However, I would still recommend the place as I had a comfortable and extremely pleasant stay.

Peaceful tranquility within a beautiful village just to unwind and experience all near by attractions or just stay in the village. Live that the hotel is incorporated throughout the village. Rooms are great and comfortable only downside is the pillows on the bed is not very comfortable.

very attractive village once you're off the main road.
very attractive village once you're off the main road. Very hilly but there is a funicular and a lift to the different road levels. Many of the restaurants are owned by the hotel and we didn't manage to get a good meal anywhere.

Relaxing, luxurious and rejuvenating.
Relaxing, luxurious and rejuvenating. Our room was absolutely lovely with enormous terrace, although would be great to have a Mountain View. The restaurant and breakfast were great with fantastic Cypriot food. Marius was a great host, friendly, resourceful and professional. Only suggestion would be a wider range of drinks in the bar..e.g. more types of gin.

Wonderful quiet, relaxing mountain resort.
Wonderful quiet, relaxing mountain resort. Clear air, clean water and less humid by far than the coastal resorts. Our visit was in July, hot certainly but bearable even without a/c although the provision of a/c makes things much more comfortable. Venetian Bridge, Sulphur Springs, 11th century Monastery all within easy walking distance. Lots to see and enjoy. A chance to enjoy traditional Cypriot village life but with all mod cons. Recommended.

Very beautiful village, ideal for relaxation.
Very beautiful village, ideal for relaxation. You can easily get around on foot. You can visit Agios Ioannis Lampadistis monastery and a natural trail near to Setrachos river. There are some good places to eat or have a coffee.
Clean, very spacious 1st floor with ample terrace to enjoy the outdoor space. Traditional and authentic feel of the place with wooden roof and floor. Beds are comfortable and so are the large sofa. Nice table for diners at 4 or more. Air conditioning for cooling and heating. Large fridge. Kitchen utensils available. Magnificent village around with many walks and ancient churches, monastery to visit. Place is very quiet. Shops and restaurants accessible on foot (10 min walk). Great communication with the owner.
This was a great place to stay. It was obvious that a lot of thought has gone in to this accommodation: the bathroom was hotel level, very spacious and clean with all the extras you’d require. Our host was super helpful at all moments of contact whether to address issues or make recommendations (we accidentally left behind an item of ours and was swift to help us organize its recovery even after we’d left!) we will definitely be staying here again! Location within the village is perfect as well!
Such a great location and it was truly like living in a relatives home with ll the family photos on the wall, the smell of a recent fire in the fireplace, Large well appointed rooms, kitchen. Awesome garden area to have your morning coffee. The host met us and even gave us a ride around the little village and pointed out the restaurants and points of interest. I would recommend this property to anyone but do yourself a favor and spend more than one night in this home and village.
We returned here for my wife's anniversary after our first trip for my own birthday at the end of July (which we extended then since we liked it so much). November proved to be even better with the village being quieter and quite cool. When the weather is good, the sun warms up the village very nicely. While in the evenings, there is a cosy fireplace which heats up the house in no time. Thanks again for everything to the perfect hosts
Great for a short stay with beautiful views, some great restaurants nearby (car required) would recommend for a short relaxing (church bells on a sunday morning are right next door to the property though) nonetheless it did not distract from stay. The host Niki left a bowl of fresh cherries from her garden as a welcome treat and very nice they were. Niki also advised us well on where to eat and we were not disappointed.
One feels really like home in this house. The terrace overlooking the valley and the village is wonderful. The view at night, with the Milky Way in the sky, the magic view of the streets of Kalopanayiotis below, it’s mesmerizing.
There’s everything one can need in the house. The rooms are nice, especially the one that opens on the terrace and gets the morning sun.
We really enjoyed our stay!
Excellent value for money accommodation in a great location of KaloPanayiotis. Lovely mountain views from the spacious balcony and great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The sun streams into the bedrooms as the sun rises from the mountains which is lovely to wake up to. Shower is a real bonus with super modern shower head. Very clean and well maintained.
Lovely little cosy apartment. Very well equipped with lots of good kitchen appliances and even a PlayStation to use. Lovely modern kitchen made our options to cook really positive.
It is nestled in the lovely village of Kalopanayiotis. Lots to see and do. Amazing views down the valley. Only 30mins drive from Troodos Sq.
Everything. The location is in the middle of the town, so you can either go up or down and you have restaurants and places to walk by.
The host took care of everything and was really nice.
Really recommend to have the breakfast at his place also.
Also, The bed was super comfy and everything was super clean!
The owner was very friendly and helpful. We even had some homemade herb tea from her garden. You are surrounded by nature but close to the village, Cyprus cats, vines hanging accross the terrace, a view of the valley and the winery from your window and a short walk to a number of good local restaurants.
We had a great stay! Our room had an exceptionally beautiful view, very serene. It was large, comfortable, and warm. Mini kitchen and fridge to store our own items (perfect for us with a small child). Everything was near by and food at the restaurant above was also very good.
we loved the large terrace/balcony space to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. it makes the place feel so spacious. easy to walk to nice restaurants, supermarket and wine bar.
the host was very helpful on check in with detailed information and map of the area.
A lovely village hotel with so much character with charm. Everything you need from nature trails to picture perfect scenery with charming bliss. Privacy and big rooms with great amenities and facilities. Great dining experience and staff goes out of their way to assist.
Excellent location with a nice view and the weather was perfect if you compare it with cities temperature. The food was tasty and the staff very helpful. The most important for me is when i woke up i regretted i didn’t book for one more night.
Superb location in the beautiful village of Kalopanayiotis. Well-equipped property with great outdoor space. Two bathrooms is always useful! Maria was a delightful host who gave us a guided tour of the village upon arrival. Above and beyond!
Excellent location right in the center of the village. Very close to all amenities, restaurants , Ioannis Lampadistis monastery. Very clean with fully equiped kitchen. The best part of the apartment is the terrace with its wonderful view.
Excellent location, perfect view, nice balcony to sit, grocery shop next door, cafes and restaurants 5-10 min walk, tea, instant coffee and honey for free, warn water and heating worked great.
