Loved this little villa so much. It had absolutely everything we wanted. It was easy to find and get in and the welcome pack was an especially nice touch. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, the host was easy to contact and quick to reply. Perfect holiday villa.

Location was very good walking distance to the main road with many restaurants, shops and bard. Beautiful views of the sea and coast line in a quiet residential area.

We only stayed here for a few hours as needed somewhere to stay before our flight home but had to check out of our villa etc. Room was okay for what we needed. Pool area was okay too.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was basic with a kettle and a fridge. The cost of the room was great so I was happy with the basic facilities and there was a pool which I wasn’t able to use this time

The facilities and service from the staff the entire time we were there were second to non and there was nothing they couldn’t do for us. During our stay we made sure we sampled everything we possibly could, with a beautiful outdoor pool and stunning indoor pool and spa too which we used at least once a day. You can also actually dine around at the sister hotel next door, the Coral Beach Hotel and Resort,

Coral bay is a most beautiful area and has on of the best...
Coral bay is a most beautiful area and has on of the best beaches, if not the best, in Paphos. The beach has golden sand and crystal clear blue water. Also from Coral Bay there is Easy access to the Sea Caves, the ship wreck of ETRO II, Polis, Akamas. The nature all around this area is also very nice, almost tropical.
Currently, (March 2024) there is a some sort of construction underway (sewerage system?) so the main road is closed and had to use google maps to navigate us, but nothing complicated. Normally there should have been many restaurants open on the main road, but road access is impossible until the road works finish. However, there a re a lot of restaurants, bars etc in the immediate vicinity as well as a couple of supermarkets.

There are numerous dining options in the vicinity; however, many close during the winter season. Despite this, we were able to find a few that we thoroughly enjoyed. Poppadums, a charming Indian restaurant, provided us with a delightful dining experience as well.
I anticipate that Coral Bay gets very lively during the summer months, making it perfect for those seeking a vibrant atmosphere. However, if you prefer a more serene experience, visiting during the winter is ideal.
The drive to the wineries is convenient, and the picturesque surrounding villages are truly breathtaking. Our favorite wineries were the Sterna Winery and the Vouni Panayia Winery. What impressed us at the Sterna Winery was that they waived the tasting fee if you purchased a certain amount of wine. We felt truly welcome and comfortable during our visit there.

The location was just 15 minutes walk from the Coral Bay strip with all the bars and restaurants. So the apartment was peaceful and quiet. There were a few local restaurants which were just as good. It was also only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommended

Quiet area and small it’s very easy going around.
Quiet area and small it’s very easy going around. We didn’t even need a car. There isn’t a variety of restaurants and bars but their quality is good. The beaches are dangerous especially for kids so we didn’t visit. The view though is beautiful.
The outside area is fab, and the pool is a good size. There are villas on either side, but it is generally quite private.
The location is great, 10 mins to the beach and round the corner from the Coral Bay strip. Considering this, it was also generally quite quiet.
You can see bits of the see from the terrace and windows.
The outside shower is much better than all the ones onside combined!
Good sized car port / private parking
it's only 5-10 min. to Corallia beach (Coral bay) which is very beautyful!!! 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella is 7,50 Euros.
You can go to eat and drink at the Legends Pub, nice place and good food, there's a good supermarket nearby and if you need to hire a car or order a taxi it's in front of the Coral Bay Hotel. Also 3 ATMs are very near, 1 of them directly at the beach.
Beautiful pool area, stunning scenery, near Coral Bay strip. Nice room, cleaned daily. Food mostly good for 3 star hotel.I found something to eat every meal. This could be a great hotel. It's in a lovely area, nice rooms, fab pool area and gardens. But it needs a refurb in places, especially corridors, and staff must speak English.
Villa was very light and open, very spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Location was good, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants (although during our visit coral bay avenue was close due to construction); however this didn’t affect our stay as you could walk/drive a little further to lots of restaurants.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable, spacious, lovely Mountain View from patio where we had breakfast. They made us feel welcome. Very clean pool. Close to a big supermarket for groceries etc About 10mins bus ride to coral bay beach for €1.50/ride. We will definitely stay again, thank you very much

The villa had everything we needed and was a really quiet location making it nice and relaxing for sunbathing.

A small cheap and cheerful hotel in a great location for the main street of Coral Bay. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road. It is a family run hotel and everyone is really friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.

Buffet breakfast with anything you can think of. The location of the hotel is very good near the sea. The room had sea view and was really quiet. Spa was available at an extra charge. Parking was provided but a bit overcrowded. The view of the room was the best there is.

The water park is amazing, the village hotel is fantastic, night activities, the staff were helpful, the bar drinks ( all inclusive ) , the massage sea view is wonderful. Thank you Elena from (akteon holiday village hotel ) for helping me .
The location is excellent with sea and mountain views. There is plenty of outside space with a pool, roof terrace and balconies. The villa was relatively well equipped. Local beaches at Coral Bay are beautiful and ideal for swimming.
