We have been to 65 countries, and I dare say I have a basis for comparison when I claim that this hotel is one of the best we have been to. Sophisticated, extremely clean, stylish with great food. I personally liked the fact that there is a Cigar lounge, although you can smoke anywhere in the outdoor areas, including the sunbeds. I also liked the fitness center, well equipped, but I missed a bench and more free weights. Proximity to the beach is great, as well as being close to lots of nice eateries.
The center of Ayia Napa is 30 minutes on foot or 10 by taxi, where there is an amazing choice of activities, restaurants, and bars.
I want to express our thanks to Ivo from the reception desk. The most helpful and sunny person who welcomes guests. Always available and always with a smile on his face. Any hotel would be happy to have him as an employee.

When I return back to Napa, I already know that this is the place I’ll be staying over and over again. Clean, very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, delicious with various options. Pool was a little cold but it still felt pleasant during the daytime. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here twice now and it's always been very nice! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the balcony is especially nice for watching the sunset/sunrise. The bowl sink in the bathroom is perfect. Breakfast is well made and the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is easily reachable from the Intercity bus stop and is close to many restaurants and stores. It's also right at the beach which is great!

There is lots to do even in the off-season.
The local buses are great and can take you to the superb beaches and even out to towns like Larnaca.

We were there in March, not in the season. The city centre had nothing interesting to offer – just a bunch of really cheap looking bars and clubs. But if you go to the beach and just a few minutes from the main streets, the nature really is breathtaking.

Out of season it is a ghost town - nothing (and I mean nothing() is open. Supermarkets, shops, bars and almost all restaurants. Go elsewhere in Cyprus if you want to find places open in February. Luckily we had a great hotel (Zoi Ayia Napa) and the restaurant by the harbour was open and served good food. Otherwise, it was dead.

Ayia Napa is a great place for a winter trip as long as the accommodation has thick blankets. Less tourists than in the hot summer months, but still warm during the day. Best cafe/restaurants are by the harbour with live Greek music. Xmas decorations good. Sculpture park very good. Good bus service.

The position of the hotel away from the town on the beach but walking distance to the town was perfect.
We enjoy winter stays and it gave us what we needed.
The new marina is beautiful and the coastal walks fantastic.
The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The bed was very confortable, the bathroom was clean (even though I would have prefered a shower instead of a bathtub). We had HB and we really liked the food, we always had many types of food to choose from. We loved the pool, it was just just perfect for our 7yo child. The hotel is located almost on the beach, so we could leave our towels on the hotel's private sunbeds, without having to pay for the ones on the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we recommend it!
The location was great, right next to the beach. The room was modern and cleaned every day. The pool area was excellent. The view from the room was exceptional. The fact that we got the safe and the fridge for extra was a nice touch. The cocktails and the barman were one of the best. The bed on which we slept on was perfect and also the air conditioning was working perfectly, it was never too warm inside. The coffee served during breakfast was one of the best we had while having breakfast in hotel
Beautiful new hotel with excellent facilities, staff and on the beach. The description of hotel does not do it justice as it seems it is far from beach, but indeed it is on the beach. The choice for breakfast is excellent, reception staff amazingly friendly and professional, as well as flexible. The rooms are designed very beautifully and tastefully, as are the common spaces. The fact that hotel is on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus - Nissi beach, makes it really exceptional.
The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome, they really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed (special shout out to MT the bar lady!). The facilities including the pool and the 24 hour bar were really lovely and the food/ drink was nice and good prices. I’d highly recommend this hotel for groups of people who are coming to ayia napa for the nightlife as it’s a one minute walk to the strip making it extremely convenient.
Amazing location, in the heart of Ayia Napa. Everything is nearby including Bus stops and Taxi service. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and helpful. The View of the theme park from the pool was like a wonderland. It wasn't even noisy nearby! The bathrooms had all complementary toiletries, shampoos/conditioners/Soaps. Breakfast was good! The location is best side of this hotel, between the harbor on one side and Nissi beach on the other so that is well connected with east and west side of Ayia Napa. It is stationed in a quieter area.

The pool was the cleanest I have been in in Cyprus. There is a nice pool bar/cafe. I found the dinner buffet to be pretty good, it had enough options. The beach is one of the best in Cyprus and the location is quite nice.
