Some of the friendliest staff we have found in any hotel anywhere. Great place to get close to nature in comfortable, well-equipped bungalows that offer a panoramic view of the forest outside and a chance to see lots of wildlife. The thermal river was a special experience, and the volcanic mud really did seem to make our skin younger :)

Great location with several hot springs pools. The rooms are clean. Very nice staff. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food and has good service. Town is 5 minutes away with stores and restaurants.

The staff were spectacular, willing to go the extra mile to help. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom had a make up mirror and a big stall for the shower. The best part for me was the balcony with two rocking chairs and a hammock that could have been built for two.

Breakfast was amazing & we booked last minute with no problem. The property had lovely flowers and a cute tunnel type walkway to the dining area.

Gorgeous grounds and great location. The garden was amazing to walk and bird watch. The staff was helpful and helped us Book tours. Nicely prepped meals with use local ingredients.

The location was great for us coming from Liberia airport on our way to La Fortuna. The price was excellent and the room was large and it was a bonus to be able to have coffee. The secure courtyard was interesting and colourful.

The first room they put us in DID not have air conditioning. But they agreed to move us to one of the two rooms on the property that did. Good service, Good room after we complained. Beautiful place.
