Excellent location on the beach, right in front of the main surf spot at Esterillos Oeste. Spacious suite, with nice kitchen area and living room. Relaxed vibe, clean, good value. Would definitely stay here again.
Amazing location. A place to disconnect and relaxing atmosphere. Only two and half hours from the San Jose. We managed to see some wildlife nearby the hotel. We eat at the hotel as the food was superb, compliments to the chef Isabel. And thank you to Ramses at reception and Carla at the bar for being to helpful and make as feel so welcome. This is a pristine beach with few people and a place for great long walks on even sand. Lots of shells to collect and amazing sunsets. I rate Playa Bejuco one of Costa Rica’s Pacific side finest beaches.

We enjoyed our stay here and lots of open beach! Great sand to walk on for as long as you like. The buildings seem a bit dated here but lots of amenities. Yoga class was available next door that we could have investigated. The nearest services were a few miles drive away.

The staff was so lovely and helpful. Specifically Freddy - was so thoughtful and kind and some of the best service I’ve ever experienced! The food was fantastic - suggest the pancakes/French toast and any of the fish for dinner. Good spot for someone looking for a relaxing quiet vacation. I went alone but it’s mostly couples and families. Not much in the surrounding areas so best if you’re looking to having quiet time at the hotel / beach. Beach is steps from the room, beautiful weather, landscaping and rooms.
The location on the beach is really lovely. The beach is quite secluded. Based on previous reviews, the hotel has clearly improved the food and the pool - we pretty much had the pool to ourselves as it was just us and one other family at the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was good. The room was nice in a self-contained building and the bed was super comfortable. We got the interbus to the area - the hotel itself isn’t on the route but the one next door - Alma del Pacifico - is.
all went well. hotel in a quiet location, several others nearby, plus gated condo community for San Jose weekenders up the road. small problem for bus passenger arrivals, no shuttle to hotel. but only a 10 minute walk , so not really a deal-breaker. restaurant and liquor store near highway, good food available at reasonable price. hotel rooms have mini-fridges so a cold beer always nice. pool decent size, loungers fine, pool towels available. staff really helpful,
Nice clean secluded hotel, good to stay for a few days. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Was nice to watch hummingbirds, lots of macaws flying around, and other representatives of the local fauna while sitting in the swimming pool. The road to the hotel is good for any type car. Good restaurant on site, and a few more at ~1km in the city.
Beautiful and peaceful hotel, perfect if you want to enjoy a quiet beach! Highly recommend! Beautifully styled rooms. Great food. Friendly staff. Would definitly come back to enjoy some quiet, relaxing time, with an almost "private" beach. A small pool to cool down in, sun beds by the beach, slack line and volleyball net availible.
Breakfast, which is included, was simple and great. The location right on the beach is wonderful. The pool area is comfortable and the pool is well maintained with nice landscaping. The whole place is kept very clean. It’s a nice bar and we were impressed with David, the bartender.The rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable.
This hotel is amazing! Really nice staff, nice and clean rooms, great beach and pool area with a lot of activities such as yoga, surfing, petanque, small hotel which make it a personal stay where you get to know the other guests.
Right on the beach with security all around. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Check in was very easy. Payment was in cash since we booked at the last minute. Staff was extremely, wonderfully accommodating.
Friendly staff. Great food. Best place as hub if you wanna explore surrounding attractions like parks, beaches, and horseriding. If you want to stay away from the crowds, this place is for you.

Cocktails from the bar are far the best in Costa Rica! Very friendly staff, clean beach, comfy beds, quiet pool area. This hotel is more visited by locals than foreign tourists.
