The standout feature of our stay at Yerbabuena Hotel was the exceptional staff, whose attentiveness and professionalism from the moment we booked ensured a seamless visit, highlighted by a personalized video surprise for our family. Despite feeling under the weather, the hotel's accommodating staff provided comforting hot tea and made dietary adjustments, like preparing chicken soup not on the menu, making each meal served with love a special occasion. The hotel's commitment to eco-friendliness was evident through features like solar-powered amenities and a refreshing exterior pool, enhancing our experience despite minor issues with warm water availability during rainy days.

The premises of the hotel are marvelous. The staff I consider the most valuable asset of this property. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. Two thumbs up for Freddy (manager) and his staff.

Location: a little outside of the city, located just shy of the mountain top. The view from anywhere at the hotel is breathtaking. The service was as spectacular as the view. Breakfast is made to your preference and is as homey as it gets. 10/10 recommended! (The only thing is there is no A/C but a small price to pay. Do consider you’ll be mountainside and it is notably cooler)
