Good basic hotel, nothing fancy, just what I needed.
Staff was super friendly, addressed me by name each time I came in. They offered some coffee when I checked in.
Wifi works, TV in the room, good A/C (needed in this hot climate) and a small balcony overlooking the street.
The cucuta town area isn't really special but I was visiting a friend and for that purpose, the hotel was good.
They have private parking if you need. I can't remember if it's free or not.

But the hotel is better than the surrounding hotels, my next time I hope there will be a staff member able to speak and understand English, my Spanish is OK, not perfect but don’t have a problem, just to test your standards in hiring employees.
this is more of resort than hotel. so you got everything you need here. pool was nice, but sometime it get little too crowded. you could order food and drink from pool area. Room is large and bathroom is big. bed was comfortable. cleaning lady did a good job cleaning the room everyday. they constantly clean the whole place. all the hotel area was very clean. There are dozen of nightclubs few blocks away. almost all the room has parking spot outside their room.
Clear and straightforward, I didn't have to pay upfront and my reservation was made quickly and comfortably. People at the reception were really nice and were able to help up with everything we needed. Hotel is a few minutes from two of the best malls in town (Jardin Plaza and Unicentro) and you can get there via a short taxi ride.
