The stuff was really friendly and went all out for me!! The hotel was really clean and the bathtub was the biggest highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this hotel, they went as far as picking me up outside as I was getting lost and they even went as far as checking up on me on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The language barrier didn’t stop them from being nice hosts.. I enjoyed my stay there!!

Really nice and clean hotel. Big rooms with nice lighting for bright or relaxing atmosphere. Felt more than an apartment rather than a hotel room. Really nice. You can also order food and beverage from outside and a robot brings you your order. My room had a living room, small kitchen, 2 big tvs, one double bed, one sofa, 3 tables, 2 WC, 1 shower. Really recommend

My flight was delayed and arrived at CKG well after midnight but the pre-arranged hotel shuttle was prompt and driver was very responsive. Holiday Inn breakfast was excellent, hotel was very clean and nearby CKG. Highly recommended.

Perfect location. Close to all tourism attractions . Room is clean and big enough for 3 adults. Bed is comfortable. Our room is on the 31st floor and has a nice city view. the housekeeper did a fantastic job, made the room clean and neat everyday and moved a clothes rack for us to hang our washed clothes. The door man helped us to call the taxi. Every staff we met in the hotel are politely and friendly.

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.
