The best thing about my stay in the hotel, was Austin, the hotel manager. He is an amazing person, who took care of me having the most comfortable stay possible. Communication was easy and fast. He was constantly paying attention to whatever I might needed, like access to a fridge or help getting to the breakfast salon or the fitness facilities. He was very very friendly and showed me around the hotel, as well as told me the story of the business - very interesting. He provided an excellent and sublime service, really one of the best I have ever experienced as a traveller. The hotel facilities were amazing, clean, comfortable and also very beautiful. The breakfast area was very nicely decorated and had fabulous aesthetics. The food was very nice and the offered me a complimentary Shanghai noodles specialty so that I could try it before leaving. The gym is very well equipped too. A shuttle was organized for me and was able to pay by card at the hotel itself. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel and would very much recommend. It is a new hotel with a very interesting story.
