If you have a stopover in Shanghai you will hardly find a better place for a reasonable price. They provide a free shuttle from the airport - a very reliable service. The rooms are comfortable, the receptionists a really friendly and helpful. Some of them are english speaking, others use translator, there are no problems with communication. The breakfast is wonderful!

The service is exceptional. The staff make sure the stay was comfortable, having group chat via wechat that allow pre order of various stuff. My own experience is that the bucket for foot soaking was already in my room before I reach the hotel after a long day in Disney. Not to forget the free shuttle to n fro Disney as well as to airport. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet selection was superb as well.
