Everything about the hotel and the staff was amazing! The hotel is beautiful with great rooms and a really nice pool to cool off in after spending the mornings and afternoon in the park. The staff was so hospitable, they made all the difference to make sure our stay was comfortable and even helped us plan out each day by creating an itinerary for us. The hotel location is also incredible, super close to the Zhangjiajie National forest park entrance. The hotel offers free shuttle to get to park entrance. A great breakfast included in the rate every morning as well. It was all fantastic!

Location allows you to walk to the entrance of the national park, which is great. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. A cooked breakfast and dinner is available if needed for a very reasonable price.

Its proximity to yangjiajie ticket gate. Just a walking distance. Carol, the owner, was very accomodating, helpful and very fluent in English, too, which was a very big plus. She served as our travel consultant and she suggested the best places to visit given the vastness of Zhiangjiajie Nature Park.
Food was also good- typical Chinese cusine- simple yet delicious.
