Everything about the hotel and the staff was amazing! The hotel is beautiful with great rooms and a really nice pool to cool off in after spending the mornings and afternoon in the park. The staff was so hospitable, they made all the difference to make sure our stay was comfortable and even helped us plan out each day by creating an itinerary for us. The hotel location is also incredible, super close to the Zhangjiajie National forest park entrance. The hotel offers free shuttle to get to park entrance. A great breakfast included in the rate every morning as well. It was all fantastic!

The views from the hotel were amazing and peaceful! The staff went above and beyond with our needs and was very thoughtful. There are activities to participate and cute pets to play with. Super close to the national park (5mins away).

Its proximity to yangjiajie ticket gate. Just a walking distance. Carol, the owner, was very accomodating, helpful and very fluent in English, too, which was a very big plus. She served as our travel consultant and she suggested the best places to visit given the vastness of Zhiangjiajie Nature Park. Food was also good- typical Chinese cusine- simple yet delicious.

The location is right next to the entrance to the National Park. The other two popular locations to go to (Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge), are both at least an hour away by taxi, so if you’re able to I’d recommend staying here for part of your trip and then a place closer to the other destinations for the other part. I was having problems with my WeChat pay and Alipay and didn’t have that much cash on me. Carol was very accommodating in letting me pay the next day. I’d recommend bringing enough cash to pay if you aren’t able to use WeChat or Alipay, since they don’t accept credit cards. Carol is very helpful and speaks really good English. The food they offer is also really good. It’s a family run business and the vibe here is incredibly welcoming.
