The convenient location is within walking distance of popular attractions and dining spots. The rooms are quiet and clean, and the staff are very nice. When we checked in, Cami（Xiao Hu） at the front desk was especially patient. Knowing it was my first time bringing my child to China, she upgraded our room for free and arranged a high-floor, quiet room for us. The concierge staff were all very helpful. They patiently answered all our inquiries and personally guided us to the hotel entrance each time, explaining the directions clearly, including how many traffic lights we would pass. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and a hotel worth choosing when visiting Chongqing.

The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.
