Beautiful place with so much history and great sights. You'll find many temples, teahouses, traditional foods, and of course the great giant Buddha, which personally left me in awe.
Although Leshan is strongly associated with its historical scenic spots, it's also quite a modern city. You'll find conveniences like Walmart downtown, so you can also do some shopping if the need arises, too.

It is not Leshan but Emeishan actually.
It is not Leshan but Emeishan actually. Well, I think you definitely need time to fully appreciate the place. Unfortunately, I had only one day and when the rain came it was clear I can't do much walking. I was not prepared for that.
