Some reviews complain about breakfast. You are in China! From my experience this is an average to good Chinese breakfast buffet. Complaining about the lack of Western foods is like a Chinese person complaining about the lack of fresh vegetables at a US breakfast buffet.
Room clean and bed comfortable. WiFi good. Staff friendly , though English not great it is sufficient.
Some reviewers complain it is in the middle of nowhere. It is a new town under construction. If you want to visit Chengdu then book a hotel there instead.
