Shuttle was convenient and on time, spacious too. Staff was very friendly, especially around breakfast and check-in. The room was as advertised, with utilities, and feels like good value for money. 10/10 experience, would definitely visit again.

The service is exceptional. The staff make sure the stay was comfortable, having group chat via wechat that allow pre order of various stuff. My own experience is that the bucket for foot soaking was already in my room before I reach the hotel after a long day in Disney. Not to forget the free shuttle to n fro Disney as well as to airport. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet selection was superb as well.
