It is better than my expectations despite the pricey charge, ideal location, spacious executive room with decent bathroom , impressive view of Han Street and very nice reading table and chair, my husband’s favorite.
Staff are very accommodating and professional, the best service in China, in my opinion.

excellent staff and service! Everyone (concierge, kitchen staff, house keeping ladies, gym front desk etc.) was super friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or needed something. The breakfast was delicious and offers traditional Wuhan food! The room is nice and clean and spacious. The unit had dishwasher and laundry which makes it extra homey and comfortable!

If not because the staff members were so nice, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 10. The location was great. The staff member gave me a room with good view. The breakfast is good enough with boiled eggs, green vegetable, yogurt, fruits, and hot foods.
