The staff were very warm and welcoming, they helped us book a taxi on a national holiday when we couldn't find one at all ourselves. The location is perfect, beautiful views, a little outside yangshuo but very close to li river and countryside for biking /hiking. The room was beautifully decorated but the amenities were not very good. Our main shower head was broken and only the small sprayer was working. When we raised this, we were told to just use the small one - really not ideal. Additionally, the room comes with a bath tub but they didn't have anything bathing products (bubble bath etc) which dampened the experience.

Great location! Many things walkable. Pedestrian street with nice bars and restaurants are also very nearby! Convenient store right next to hotel. Nice location just out of town, which is perfect to escape the madness in town. Staff is very welcoming and is able to speak perfect English. Rooms are clean and specious. There are some nice local restaurants in the street and it’s an easy stroll into town. Housekeeping is available on request.

The staff is amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the beds confortable and rooms have both A/C and ceiling fan. Many food options available, and two bottles of water every day in the room. Bike included too! Note that the hotel is not in Yangshuo West Street with means a bit more Didi/private car expenses, especially since this is a mountain area. However I came to Yangshuo for the nature so I was happy with this choice not to be in the city!

I am glad that I chose to travel to Yangshuo and choose this hotel to stay. The view is beautiful, the hotel is very clean, the hotel managers are a Chinese and French couple, in addition to their respective native languages, they also speak fluent English, and provided me with a lot of help and advice during my trip to Yangshuo. Especially the airport transfer part, which saved me a lot of energy. The hotel is very clean both in the rooms and in the public areas, there is a small bar, the garden is beautiful, everything is relaxing, I hope I have the opportunity to come here again.
