Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The staff was excellent. Shout out to Gabriel at the bar/restaurant. He made sure we were well taken cared of. The pool is heated and indoors, so, despite the cold weather, we were able to enjoy it. In addition, the staff in the cafeteria were very attentive to our needs. Shout out to them as well.

Viña is a lovely coastal town with lots to offer, especially during the summer. We went in winter time, which just makes me wonder how delightful it would be at 30 degrees instead of 6. But the place is clearly beautiful. A must-go, especially being so easily accessible by bus from Santiago. We took TourBus, new and well-equipped bus with plenty of space, which drops you in the heart of the city.

Nice place with a beautiful view. Payment was very difficult. Took my several hours for several days to troubleshoot. Booked with American Express Card. Once arrived, did not accept card, nor Visa. Wanted bank transfer; then Western Union wire; then cash (in Peso) in drawer. Tried everything (expect drawer); but noting worked and could not use any cards in any scenario. Finally got Peso ($600 US Dollar) through numerous bank machine withdrawals (as limited), then had to use to wire Peso via Western Union (as I refused to leave $ in drawer with no record of transaction). Everything felt very shady. Still have not received any receipt of transaction. At least I have record of wiring the amount. Also; reception had no record/information of our reservation. Lastly; parking gate control stopped working. Otherwise; comfortable place with a beautiful seaside view.

I spent a lot of time just watching the ocean crash against the rock out-cropping.
I love ceviche and I had some delicious meals in Vina.

I have much better expectation. NIce seea, cold water (htat I knew)... but the city is not very nice, very little things to do.
I think it is overvaluer becouse it very close to Santiago, so local people pay sort of "convenience". But is the worst beach place I've ever been And I am in my 60s, especially in VFM

A happening place, the sea breeze and the beach right there. Downtown was fun; shopping and a pleasant visit to the Vergara park, just in time for the artisan fair that will run till Feb 5th. We love it so much so coming back again in February. We stayed at Hotel Diego, very clean and a well run hotel, awesome breakfast. Restaurant menu could include some Italian dishes, food was bland. The location is awesome; walking distance to the beach, streets full of eateries; we had Peruvian food at Aji-Seco and Indian food at Ambika Restaurant was excellent.
Such a lovely, charming hotel! fantastic location …kind of a oasis in the middle of the city. Easy walk to the ocean, easy walk to restaurants, but so very quiet and cozy. Very clean, comfortable beds, and lovely bathrooms. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating to all of our needs and questions. their breakfast were fantastic with a nice variety. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations… We ate dinner at some fabulous restaurants in the area
This place is close to the sea in Viña del Mar, in almost central location but very quiet, with a beautiful garden which offers a relaxing atmosphere. All was wonderful in this place, from the breakfast served by the owner Adri, always extremely kind, friendly and helpful, up to the help of Christian in indicating places to visit and reserving restaurants for us. It was a very pleasant stay in the Christian and Adri's place.

Also within short walking distance on the nearest Unimarc supermercado and also a short taxi ride from the bus terminal.

Property was in an excellent location in Viña Del Mar. Easily accessible. Near the beach and near many local restaurants. Great view. Located in a great part of town with access to car share transportation and food delivery. Apartment was very clean and well cared for. The owner was very accessible and friendly.
The view from the room was amazing, you can wake up with a view on the sea. The hosts were extraordinarily kind and gave us a lot of recommendations! Everything was clean! The neighbourhood is quiet and around 20 min away (by walking distance) from Viña del Mar

The hotel was nicely decorated like a medieval castle and there was also a dungeon which was very cool. My bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was even a cute cat that lives there.
The breakfast room has a view of the ocean. The food was great. The welcome drink was a nice surprise. The bus line went right by the hotel which we used. The pool deck had a great view of the ocean and a great sunset view.
All rooms are facing the ocean with a balcony. Stunning spot perched on a rock on a wave-battered point. Short walk to the action in town. Staff were amazing. Food was also unexpectedly some of the best we had in Chile.

The location was central and convenient for the bars and restaurants in Viña del Mar. Also the beach was only a short walk away. And there was secure parking for our motorcycle too.
Lovely old building, location is excellent. Francisco is so helpful and friendly. This hotel is quite quirky. If you like chain hotels, you may not appreciate this place.

This is such an atmospheric hotel - wonderful restaurant and views. It has a 1930's feel and incredibly stylish. Don't be put off by the location on the main road.
