Great location, with a 5th floor pool and bar!
Staff were great, in particular the evening gentleman at the front desk, very helpful with a canceled tour and helped me get a new one which was excellent.

Upon arriving in Santiago airport late at night, my transportation driver already warned me that if I was getting down in Estacion Central, I have to move fast as it was late and there is a higher risk of pickpockets in the area. I stayed 6 nights but I felt pretty okay the entire time I was there, I just took the usual precautions. There was also a doorman in front upon entry that made me feel safe. Topnotch staff service. Breakfast is okay, room is spacious ad well-lit. Lots of kioks nearby and there's also a mall within walking distance. Near public transportation.

Included breakfast was tasty, the view from the roof of sunrise was beautiful. The room was big and comfy. It was very quiet, hardly saw any other guests apart from at breakfast

One of the best Hotels I’ve ever been! The staff is incredible, the rooms huge and beautiful, great architecture. Early checkin was no problem and I even got a coffee offered while waiting! Lovely pool.
