Everything was fine. The place is amazing with a great views to the bay. The neighborhood is also fine, maybe not the best location for everybody but for us was perfect: quiet and with almost no tourism around. The kitchen is perfecto for taking time to prepare dinners, breakfasts. You'll find everything you might need and even more. Sleeping there is amazing: quiet and relaxing. In the night it was a little cold but during the day was fine (November). I really loved the place we had a great time there.
