We also enjoyed eating at the Muri Night Market twice.

Rarotonga is a beautiful small island with towering...
Rarotonga is a beautiful small island with towering mountains covered in lush vegetation and ringed by a reef protecting sparkling clean lagoons perfect for swimming and snorkelling or other water based activities.. Some gorgeous coral beaches and its easy to walk amidst the coral at low tide so bring some reef shoes. It's only about 1.5 hrs to drive around and easy to rent a car. But buses run clockwise and anticlockwise continuously around the island so also easy to catch, Quite a few happy people enjoying getting around on E-Bikes too. the locals favour scooters, but you need a license to rent these. From Late July to Late October humpback whales migrate past the island and if you go to the right places you will see them easily with the naked eye. At Club Raro Resort you can see them just 200m offshore from the terrace where you can sit with your coffee. Great coffee from nice cafes - try brunch at Beluga or the BeachComber or watch the sun set at Trader Jacks whilst sipping a cold beer. Walk in the stunning Maire Nui tropical Gardens and sample their famous cheesecake. Eat at the night markets at Muri beach or enjoy the bustle and fun at the Avarua Saturday morning markets - there's something for everyone. Visit the unique Tivavae gallery where traditional Cook Island quilts, sewn by local women artisans are displayed and can be purchased. Rarotonga is a quiet, laid-back place , still with lots to do. It is exceptionally clean and litter-free so do your part to see it stays this way. It is a family friendly place but perfect for couples too. One of the nicest, most relaxing places I have ever visited.

Going to Rarotonga on a long weekend. AIthough it has it's pluses. The shops are all closed but you can chill out and rest before they open.

The Home was perfect for my family and I.
The Home was perfect for my family and I. My grandson absolutely loved the pool. So relaxing to come back to after a busy day exploring beautiful Rarotonga. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, excellent stock of beach towels, bathing towels and bed linen. Apart from the dogs barking and roosters going off morning and evening, it was absolutely wonderful and would definitely come back to the home again in the future.

I've done a lot of traveling in my short 20 years but this was by far my favorite place to be. Rarotonga was beautiful and the Edgewater made it even better. The staff were incredible and listened to any concern or need we had, they were extremely generous and I felt that unlike other hotels and resorts they very much cared about their guests. I definitely can't wait for the day I come back.
Thankyou for everything
great location & being able to use Muri beach hotel facilities was a bonus, we ended up eating there a lot as the food was really good & the staff were amazing! we were on push bikes & it was a perfect location for us :) had a working kettle, hair dryer, lots of tea & coffee etc & a good amount of toiletries & good shower pressure, very clean & tidy & lovely staff. amazing views, lovely friendly dogs also :)
This was the perfect place to stay. Perfect location on one of the nicest beaches in Rarotonga and also a short drive to Muri Beach..
Well-appointed small resort with great facilities and a decent restaurant. The fact there are only 15 rooms means it is not overcrowded and it was very relaxing.
Great helpful staff.
Will definitely be returining..
A totally relaxing resort with ultra friendly staff. The hotel is situated on the most beautiful lagoon in Rarotonga. The pool is amazing and totally sheltered with plenty of sun lounges to lay back on and sip cocktails or snack on beautiful food.
Great location & very attentive staff. The hotel is modern and clean and the lagoon is the best spot on the island. The food is fantastic with a good selection of drinks, staff are more than happy to help with trips etc.
