Great location and the garden at the back was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The fan in the room was a big plus because it got hot at times. It was a great base for our adventures in Interlaken and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

We were nicely welcomed and been presented around, and also we were told about dinner plans, which by the way we had no idea is included in the price as nothing was mentioned on Booking.com
They reserved us a table with a 4 course menu, everything was absolutely delicious.

the room under the stars was absolutely fabulous, another thing we didn't knew about but were so impressed.
the communal arrears are so beautifully decorated including the stairs between the floors.
the location is literally fabulous, everywhere you look is breathtaking.

Wilderswil is the perfect starting point for your day trips...
Wilderswil is the perfect starting point for your day trips into the Bernese Alps. From the train station you can get around very quickly and comfortably. Schynige Platte, Wengen-Männlichen, Mürren-Schilthorn, Lauterbrunnen, Trümmelback waterfalls, Kleine Scheidegg-Jungfrau Joch, etc etc.
Wilderswil even has a few nice restaurants!

We loved staying in Wilderwil. The location is close to Interlaken, on the rail network way to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen & Wengen. It's a quiet little town with a grocery store & it's a lovely peaceful yet very convenient place to stay. We stayed at the Jungfrau Hotel & had a balcony with mountain view. We could see the trains running but it was such a quiet location. Restaurant on site which saved us having to find a location for breakfast & dinner if we were wanting to stay on site. Short 5 min walk to the train station to easily connect to other villages within the region.

It is the perfect location to travel to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and other Swiss Alps hikes/tours. Two stations away from Interlaken central city, towards the above travel sites. It is a nice, calming town with a beautiful naturalistic view around. Not too crowded. There is a Volg supermarket right at the station which is open until 9pm and having almost all necessities and quick meals for travellers at a fair price. So, a town with a perfect Swiss vibe! Loved by the heart!

Wilderswil is a cozy village-town away from the bustling Interlaken. If you are familiar to Interlaken or even Switzerland, you will surely opt for a stay away and cocoon yourself with the serenity the skirts in Switzerland can offer you. I will surely be back!

Nice location, was greeted by host even though we reached very late at night who showed us around the house and the indoor parking which was really great as it was snowing badly outside. Accessible to the train station and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely visit again.
Free WiFi, location of the hotel, clean bed linen, clean room, clean common parts of the hotel, generous breakfast buffet (e.g. yogurt, cereals, croissants, cheeses, ham, bacon and eggs etc.), helpful English speaking staff, my room with a view of the mountain and the hotel lobby (see photo attached) has a wonderful view of the valley.
The restaurants I have seen in Wilderswil, Wengen and Lauterbrunnen close at 9pm so please eat your dinner before the restaurants close as this hotel does not have a restaurant.
A charming, peaceful. historic hotel on the banks of the Lütschine river. The hotel is very close to Wilderswil sttaon with good connections by bus or train. There are plenty of places in walking distance in the town. Our rooms overlooked the river and the valley. The hotel is charming and comfortable as expected from a historic property. Very good breakfast buffet and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day which was much appreciated,
The hotel is conveniently located in Wildersville, very close to the railway station. The guests are given 10% discount by the hotel restaurant which is nice considering the expensiveness of everything in Switzerland. We appreciated very much the way Pascal greeted us at the reception and patiently answered all our question.
The view was spectacular and the breakfast was lovely - so much choice on offer! I couldn't have asked for anything more: the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station at the end of the road. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Interlaken. Would thoroughly recommend!
Hotel location was very good with easy access to tourist areas such as Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the cashier, Salim, who was very kind to us.
