Super nice staff. Due to the flood in Zermatt, we are not sure if we could continue the journey, the hotel staff are very nice allowing us to store the luggage overnight so that we could decide later. Very quiet and clean place.

A simple hotel with marvelous views (the view of Jungfrau when the weather cleared). The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the train station which made is incredibly easy to explore the region of Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald. This location was more quiet and relaxing than staying in Interlaken. Incredibly good spread during breakfast. The rooms had exquisite views of the mountains and surrounding land of quiet, peaceful Wilderswil. We spotted a double rainbow from our balcony. Would most definitely recommend this place.

We spent one night at this place - it is directly opposite the Wilderswil train station (you can buy tickets in office) - place is clean and comfertable, breakfast was good continental. From this station you an go to Lauterbrennan or Grindlewald ( approx 30min).
Note: on last day we checkedout and left our luggage in train station lockers (7 euro) in case you need storage

The location was a bit away from busy streets and on a nice countryside-looking road with a beautiful view. Staff, particularly Mrs Ivon (sorry If I mis-spelt), the front office manager, was so lovely and friendly. Rooms are cosy but very traditional-looking (I loved that). The breakfasts are so fresh, delicious, nice-looking, and well served. (Loved the traditional Swiss cheese, fresh bread and homemade jams). Such a wonderful stay, for the best price, I could get from the entire Interlaken area/zone.

Almost everything is extremely perfect for this apartment.
On the cold rainy night when you miss the bus and arrive wilderswil at 9pm, then you see the house right in front of you when you get off the train was very impressive moment of your horrible night.
Apartment is so big, there are 3 bedrooms with big kitchen and full option kitchenware.
Next to the apartment is wilderswil train station, bus stop and supermarket. You can reach hotel either by train from Interlaken ost or bus from Interlaken west. The train from this station will go to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald.

It is the perfect location to travel to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and other Swiss Alps hikes/tours. Two stations away from Interlaken central city, towards the above travel sites. It is a nice, calming town with a beautiful naturalistic view around. Not too crowded. There is a Volg supermarket right at the station which is open until 9pm and having almost all necessities and quick meals for travellers at a fair price. So, a town with a perfect Swiss vibe! Loved by the heart!

Nice location, was greeted by host even though we reached very late at night who showed us around the house and the indoor parking which was really great as it was snowing badly outside. Accessible to the train station and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely visit again.

The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and the view from the balcony of the room was wonderful! The room we stayed in needs to be modernized. Cleaning was done every day, good breakfast. At the accommodation you will receive a blue card that allows free transport to nearby towns and Interlaken.

Green and peaceful village/suburb immediately near Interlaken, but far less touristy. It's on the main road and train path to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and the Jungfraujoch, and has excellent access to the entire Interlaken/Jungfrau region. There are a handful of restaurants or activities here, but you can always go to the nearby city for that.
We came by train and walked around mostly by foot, admittedly it would have been more convenient here with a car, but we still managed.
The hotel is located very conveniently at Wilderswil close to the main road to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald both are about 15 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Also, the train station located 300m away from the hotel. Interlaken is just 5 minutes’ drive.
Perfect vintage looking hotel with nice sceneries of mountains to the balconies/ windows.
The staff is very helpful, receptionists and the gentleman who always helps (unfortunately forgot his name) you get any information regarding travel plans around Interlaken area.
The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.
The hotel gave us cards which allowed us to use local train and bus services, which again was excellent, and allowed us to visit all the places in Interlaken that we wanted to see.
It was a short walk downhill to the train station, and there were good local shops by the station.
Very handy for our trip to the Jungfraujoch, which was our main reason for visiting the area. (the price for this was not included in the free pass!)
The apartment was comfortable and very well equipt with everything you may need to cook with and there is a safe you can use as well. There was plenty of space for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated having a parking space on site.The location is very walkable to the Winderswil train station and a very short drive to Interlaken (we even walked there one night). Easy Access to all the main attractions in the Jungfrau region.
Spacious, comfortable, clean, well-stocked, convenient to Wildserswil - Lengasse bus stop which is easy to get to Interlaken West for all destinations. Comes with Interlaken Visitor Card which provides free transportation to all transportation within Interlaken (even to St Beatus Caves!) Hosts were responsive. Unsecured luggage storage very close to Interlaken West helps with the late check-in time
of 4 pm and early check out time of 10 am. Kitchen had almost everything we needed!
Location was absolutely amazing. We were located away from the noise and crowd at Interlaken, but we only needed to walk a couple of minutes to reach the bus or train. It was a breeze getting an early start for all of our day trips to Oechinensee, Murren and Grindelwald. And since it was only a short bus ride we were able to grab food in Interlaken whenever we liked. There was also a conveniently located grocery store right at the station.
The hotel is located close to the train station Wilderswil so it was easier for sole traveler like me. I stayed in room 109, which the private bathroom is right out of my door, private and nice. I was lucky as this bathroom comes with bathtub 🛀 so I enjoyed my stay very much. Staff are helpful too as one of the day I sprained my ankle and they gave me ice bag. 🥹
Out of the 3 hotels I have stayed at in Switzerland this is my favourite, amazing view and easily reachable location. If you are planning your trip to Interlaken/ Lauterbrunnen this is the place to stay at rather than over spending on the
hotels in the said areas. Quiet area so very relaxing, staff in the restaurant is very friendly too. Very clean facilities

Helena is a very kind host. She allowed us to have early check in. Her place is located in the central area where we can easily reach to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and many others. Wilderswil is also a very cute small town. The place is spacious, spotless, and well equipped. Can get everything we need.

We truly doubt there is any hotel in this area with better views. Order an upgraded balcony room to capture the unforgettable views.

About a five minute walk to the train station which was amazing. Can take that train to anywhere. Great apartment with incredible views. Having a kitchen saves so much money in Switzerland. Even has a garage parking space which is probably really great in winter.
The beer cheese fondue was great! Views were great, beds were comfy, and rooms were very spacious. This was a last minute find, and I was pleasantly surprised at the value. They provide parking, and a bus pass during your stay to get to Interlaken!

The property is located close to a bus station that takes you to the Wilderswil station as well as Interlaken West station. It can easily fit 8-9 people, though only one room has double bed which was a bit constraining for our group of 2 families.
