When we check-in. The guy at the reception was friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions. I asked him if we could leave our luggage the next day till 4 o'clock. He immediatly say yes, no problem, and their will be a bathroom available.

The hotel is well located, a 10/15 shuttle drive to the airport and a 20/25 train ride to Zurich downtown.
The shuttle arrived as planned, book in advance - free from airport and 8 swiss francs from the hotel.
There is a 10 min walk to the Rumlang train station.
The hotel reception staff was VERY corteous and helpful, especially Viktor.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Everything worked just fine.

this was not my first time at this hotel.
The room was nice and comfy, breakfast had a nice choice of food. I used the airport shuttle and was very happy with his service.
I had a special request, which I've advised the booking department beforehand, and the reception clerk at arrival went out of her way to meet my needs, although the late hour.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful it was a convenient 10 minute walk to the station and to the city centre. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The outside patio area at the back was a nice place to sit although no views.
The Central Plaza Hotel is situated right at Zurich's Central Square next to the main railway station. Guests enjoy free WiFi and complimentary access to the gym next door.
Nothing that I really liked. Unpleasant experience: very small single bed, no hand towels, no face cloths, no shampoo, no body lotion. Coffee machine in the lobby but have to pay 4 Swiss Franks.
Very bad experience with check out. Booked for 4 nights but wanted to extend stay by one more time. After couple of emails and text messages, a message came through BOOKING .COM, saying extra night approved and there will be no extra charge. Confirmed at check in, staff approved. Day before chk out when settling the bill, management said, NO SUCH THING AS FREE NIGHT, will investigate (the proof of the email I showed) later but now have to pay 250 Swiss Franks or check out now, that was 9 pm. After a few requests charged 157 SF. NEVER AGAIN STAYING AT B&B ☹️☹️☹️

The area of Rumlang we were in is convenient to the airport. I enjoyed exploring the lovely walking and biking trails near our hotel and found a few geocaches along the way. My favorite spot was the tree-lined dirt lane that runs along the northeast side of the creek off of Klotenerstrasse. The area is also known for having its very own Golden Gate Bridge! We ate at McDonalds, adjacent to the Radisson, and shopped at the Aldi Suisse (across from hour hotel) for snacks and beer.

Great place close to the airport. Was able to walk along the river with my service dog before my departure. Beautiful nature despite being right be the airport! Intercity Hotel was great, all easy, clean and friendly!

I read other reviews. Some people are saying they had to pay for the shuttle bus. I had a rented car which I returned to the airport the evening before I left Zurich. I was able to take the shuttle back to the hotel for free. I had an appointment to return to the airport in the morning for my flight, owhich was also free and easy. I don't know why anyone had to pay. The staff made the process easy.

Rumlang is reasonably close to both, the airport and the Hauptbahnhof - the main railway station. It scores on this the most. However, it does not have many eating-out spots, and it is best advised to go to the main railway station and then eat out there.

A tidy town that has nothing open after lunch on Saturday until Monday. And, that’s right, we were there on Sunday. We therefore enjoyed MacDonalds and Subway. Very disappointed that there was nothing Swiss to have.
We needed a room at short notice as a result of a cancelled connection, the great location walking distance to the local station allowed us to explore ( and enjoy) Zurich for 8 hours before a 4:30 am wake call to catch the convenient hotel shuttle to the nearby terminal. it was good value and a bonus to stretch the legs with a walk along the adjacent river after a long flight from Oz.
The location is very convenient and close of the airport and the railway station from which you can easily take train to the city. We were landing late in the evening in Zurich and wanted a hotel close to the airport and this was the perfect hotel for us. The rooms are slightly small but nothing inconvenient. The breakfast was quite good. We had a good stay at this hotel.
Ideal location for Zurich Airport. Stayed at the Jet Hotel when unexpectedly our flight was cancelled late in the evening . Staff were helpful and special thanks to Roland on reception for his help and understanding. The flexibility given to stay after the normal check out time was much appreciated .
Better than a continental breakfast.nearly perfect.play area for Kids was enjoyable and excellent.staff was friendly.the restaurant in the hotel was good and cheap comparing Zurich restaurants.spritz aperol 12 chf, pizza 20 and spagetti bolognese 22 chf.
