The rooftop bar area was the best part of this hotel! The view was beautiful. The room was the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far in Switzerland! It was not possible to pay in advance, in the restaurant where we were supposed to pay, the staff was very rude that it was not their business. He made us pay in cash into the desk drawer, without a bill and then they said the payment wasn't there. I gave the money and I have witnesses to that. Before the staff went to collect the money, there were other guests and the cleaning lady after us. Very unpleasant behavior indeed. I do not recommend. In addition, we could hear cars driving from the street all night.
