The room was nothing like what Booking.Com showed. I booked a double room which showed 2 beds put together which would have been perfect, but we got one small bed in the attic space where you could not stand up on the right side of the bed. Generally the room was on the cold side when we arrived, it was very small and cramped for 2 persons. We survived…. The staff were great and the restaurant good but pricey, breakfast 25CHF each!!

Reception desk on the ground floor where also "Mad house bar" is. The staff was kind. A day pass for the public transportation and a coupon for one free welcome-drink in the bar were provided to me. They storaged for few hours my suitcase free of charge. Some printed maps of the city and brochures were available, equipment and amenities also available in the room as coffee machine, a cupcake and some caramels, condoms etc.
