Ameron hotel was great - it was clean and the room was comfortable. The location was fantastic - you could almost walk everywhere in the old town and just 5 mins from the train station and chapel bridge. Very convenient, and highly recommended esp for those thinking of visiting Rigi, Pilatus or Titlis. Go to these mountains early to avoid the crowd.

Beautiful old city. Local people are very friendly for the lost and wandering tourist. If you’re into luxury shops, ornately decorated buildings and atmosphere, Luzern has it all. Fine dining restaurants but you can eat cheaper in a lot of smaller establishments. Close to the Pilatus, Titlis, Vierwaldstaettersee and those picturesque wooden bridges over the Reuss.

Lucern is one of the most beautiful city in Switzerland. Occasionally we stayed there during a Carnival (Luzern Fastnacht) . We enjoyed the show. The city itself is amazing. If you visit Lucern , don’t forget to visit also the Verkehrshaus.

Beautiful city, very friendly people and amazing public transports! Nature here os breathtaking! A bit expensive but so is all of Switzerland. Always ask your accomodation for Luzern Card, it gives discounts on some activities, restaurants and gives you free transportation in the center of Luzern!

A perfect capsule hotel located at the heart of Lucerne! Basically, it’s easy to get around from the hotel to main tourist attractions in the city. The capsule room area is spacious enough and perfect for solo travellers. The bed is bigger than enough for one person to sleep comfortably; the shower and restroom area is very clean; the lighting style inside the capsule is adjustable; plus, there are several power plugs/sockets in one capsule! Personally, I feel that every design in this capsule hotel considers the traveller’s needs!

A family hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed the location, very close to Lake Lucerne, the great attitude of the owner, the room was very spacious,the beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and well equipped.

We arrived late in the evening and the owner left us well instructions for self check-in, and at our request the owner kindly provided us with plates and cutlery.
The view from the window on the river and on mount Pilatus was spectacular. The single room was spacious and the bathroom as well. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very good müesli, scrambled egg, and sausages at breakfast. The hotel is a very nice walk of only ten minutes away from Luzern main station, but you can take a bus as well, since they include a free public transport ticket for Lucerne.
We enjoyed this hotel very much. The room was small but the bathroom good size. We had a balcony which was nice but it looked out at another building. The hotel was convenient to walk around the city and close to restaurants and bars. We spent much of our time along the boardwalk by the river. We easily could have spent more time in Lucerne. The breakfast was excellent.
Great new hotel, excellent facilities and clean. Location was great, right next to train station and only two stops away from Lucerne. Breakfast was very good, even had a little section for vegetarians. Parked across the road with discounted hotel parking, and hotel gave us complimentary public transport card for the whole time we were there.
