Rooms are very clean.The train station is very close and 5 minutes by train to the downtown. There is a small supermarket across the St to get water. Breakfast is excellent with many choices! There is not toilets in the breakfast area, you have to take the elevator to other floor or to your room. All employees are rude in the front desk, not really helpful an with an attitude 😐

Location was amazing (right next to the Luzernerhof bus station, the waterfront, a beautiful church and a few cafes) and it was the cutest hotel! We loved how historical it felt and how the room was decorated, which looked out over the street. The amenities were also just what we needed — a comfy bed, good areas to store luggage, and it never felt too hot or too cold! We also loved the free apples they offered at the front — a perfect small snack to take on our adventures around Luzern.
