Was just there for a weekend with friends and it was a great experience: comfortable and well-styled room, great service, beautiful spa, and easy access to the train. I left my swim trunks behind and the staff were so kind as to find them and send them to me!

The lobby looks quite nice and they have a spa available. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily a 5 star experience. I was however able to check-in early without paying extra and the room was alright.

The room was quite spacious with a small kitchen and a table with multiple chairs. Also everything felt new and clean.

Klosters Serneus is a very nice village with a direct connection to the ski area of Klosters Serneus. The slopes are well prepared, the ski lifts are modern and fast, and the slopes are wide. It is not the place for Austrian style apres ski. This resort is more US style, up market and relaxed.

We got a very huge flat (2 bedrooms) for a very cheap cost. Of course it is an old hotel, forniture was old, but it was clean. Bathroom was fine, the bathtub seemed new, towels were new and soft. It was cold, but there were 2 electrical heaters. Given the price, it was fine. In the sitting room there was a huge TV screen, my son loved it. We paid extra for the breakfast but maybe this was not worth it.
The Hotel is located in my favorite location in Alps. It was very easy to go there by car. The bus stop is just in front of the Hotel. The train station is 5 minutes by walk . Ski slopes are accessible in 12 minutes by public transport . I got free card for using public Transport and it was very helpful . I loved the panoramic views from the balcony. I will definitely go back .
+ Very nice hotel
+ Nice spa and pool
+ Very friendly staff
+ Our little kids were very welcomed and beds provided for multiple kids
+ We rented the lovely little chalet with chimney
+ Great pizza and really good Gulasch soup
+ Clean and all amenities
Very nice buffet. They were very accommodating for people with a gluten allergy. Staff, especially George were super kind and welcoming. Best service at a hotel. The steam room and sauna was also really nice to use after a long day after skiing
The hotel is super comfortable (mattress is amazing!) with very friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Location is perfect for skiers and the breakfast buffet is heaven.
