It was an amazing stay. The room, the facilities, the breakfast, the service, everything was great. But most importantly, the staff here have such a kind heart. My family and I were in a very difficult situation when we arrived at the hotel late night because of the disruptions in our travel. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and supportive and went extra mile to help us, even though they don’t have to. They saved my day, big credit to them. To those who are considering this place, rest assured you will be in good hands as the staff here are truly kind and want people to have the best time.

The location was great, about 10-15 mins from Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost stations.
The room was very cosy and clean, and had a private bathroom and balcony which was very nice.
We were on the top floor so it was quiet in terms of noise from other people and from outside (we couldn't hear the buses etc from the top floor).
There is access to a small kitchen so you would also be able to cook if you wanted to.
It is not as outrageously priced as other places in Interlaken so being able to book this more affordable accommodation actually made it possible for us to visit this beautiful place. It was better than what we had expected considering the much cheaper price compared to other places nearby.

Interlaken is a good base for a break to see the Bernese Oberland as it has good rail links to the many other well known towns like Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Brienz etc.
Train services are expensive, but very efficient.
However, I would not choose to visit Interlaken if I were not staying there. It is pricey and can be busy, food options are very limited and it has a lot of car traffic.

Interlaken is a great starting point for touring the region. If the clouds prevent going to the tops of the mountains, the two lakes are beautiful to explore. There are summer and winter sports, and picturesque towns and walking trails all over the region, with excellent train service to all. A number of excellent restaurants as well.

We stayed for 3 nights in Interlaken. Bettina and Sven, are wonderful hosts This holiday apartment had everything available for day to day requirements like, bath soaps, dishwasher pods even offered two loads of laundry., Luggage storage. We are very happy with the services on top of breathtaking view from this property. We would definitely rebook in future and recommend too.

What a lovely city that's clean with fresh air. Easy to walk around the riverside - visits to Lake Thun / Lake Brienz for beautiful views. Small towns/hamlets along the lakes are easily accessible via daily cruise.
The location is very near a supermarket which comes with a food court, near a trainstation, walk in clinic, paediatrician's clinic. But it's also not directly at the main road which offer some peacefulness at night. Pete the manager (or owner?) Is really friendly and is very helpful with advice on where we could visit and what to do. My kids love it here. They call this hotel a 5 star hotel. 😁 Will definitely come back.
The hotel is located a short walk from the Interlaken OST station, very close to the river and Harder Kulm bahn station as well. While it’s not associated with the hotel, the tapas restaurant called “Cover” which is just down the road is amazing as well. The Included breakfast buffet was great with lots of fresh options, and the amenities and room features were what I’d hope for from a 4 star hotel.
The breakfast was great and the options were really good. Staff was friendly and helpful too, allowing us to checkin early when we arrived early at the hotel to drop our bags. We got breakfast included which made the price of the booking quite worth it. Also hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Great value for money especially compared to other hotels we stayed in in Switzerland!
Great room with a fridge and a bathtub! Upper floors have nice views and the bed is comfortable and huge for one person! I liked the the colorful Swiss-style bedsheets. They were so cute! It's been my second time that I stayed in the Hotel Interlaken and was superb. The room is super comfortable and staff is really nice. But my favourite is the fondue on the Tavern Restaurant, it is the best of the world I've eaten! Amazing experience.

The location is near to the Interlaken west station, only 5 mins walk. The breakfast was better than any other hotels I stayed in Switzerland. Even in 4 star hotels in Switzerland you get very few items for breakfast. But Hotel Crystal provided 2-3 items of English breakfast in addition.
Location, this is my 2nd stay in Hotel Central Interlaken , I got a big room , bigger than picture when i book (both stays) , that i feel really impressive. There's kettle in the room, you can have some tea, coffee with view from window. Check in staff was great and friendly.

It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Interlaken on booking.com ... It was good/decent for the price.. cleaning provided with toiletries. The building had an elevator.. basic breakfast included in the price.
