Th staff were amazing - with flight cancellations they were the only hotel we could find , and what a find ! The staff stayed up to welcome us at 1 am offered food and water , just so hospitable and nice

Everything was fine. The room was alittle bit small but with all facilities. Anyway, with the beautiful panorama nobody really wants to remain in the room. Super clean. Friendly and helpful personnel. Rich breakfast with quality products.

Good supermarkets with good opening hours.
We didn’t try the restaurants as we were visiting relatives but we did get a great takeaway - burritos. You can even swim in Lake Zurich by walking down to the waterside at various points.

The place is fine if you just need a place to sleep and have breakfast near Zürich for work and have a car to move around. It is closed to the lake and a 10 min walk from Horgen train station. The breakfast was good and it was clean.
Esther was extremely friendly and kind. Although the house is not in the center, it is close to public transportation and there is free parking in front. The house overlooking Lake Zurich was very clean and comfortable.
Traditional Swiss hotel, Fantastic location, warm and cosy, real Christmas feel, attention and care for detail, owners have a real eye for design. Breakfast was superbly laid out and of high quality.
It’s in a great location, right opposite the train station (Horgen) and the rail system is pretty easy to use. You can also get buses just outside. The internal decor is also beautiful.
