Beautiful hotel in central Arolla. Excellent location for the nearby hikes. Staff were superb, friendly and very helpful. Restaurant is excellent. Good breakfast too. Amazing view of the Mont Collon. Free parking. Bus stop just opposite if not arriving by car. Nice sized room with a balcony.

Cosy and well equipped with everything you could need. Comfy bed (firm). Great shower. The underground parking space was very useful. I guess in warmer weather we would have used the outdoor seating area too. There are a bakery and a restaurant around the corner. The host sent clear information before our stay. Super value for money too. We will definitely stay again.

The room was clean, and the mountain view from the room and relatively large balcony was nice. Interaction with hotel staff was ok, not unfriendly, although also not really friendly compared to other experiences in the region. The breakfast buffet didn't have much selection, but was reasonable, albeit overpriced at CHF 14.
The hotel it is charming with super friendly hosts, dog friendly, great breakfast. The location is beautiful. The restaurants near hotel are quite expensive for what they offer. Overall a nice and a cozy stay.
My boyfriend and I spent a lovely weekend in this hotel. The welcome has been extremely friendly and warm, the room was very clean and pretty, and we could enjoy a rich and tasty breakfast. Very recommended!
