Convenient location, in close walking proximity to train station and bus stop to the Chillon Castle (Château de Chillon) is by its doorstep. Our room has a great view of the Lake of Geneva. The nice hotel manager offered us an early check-in at around 12noon (which is rare for European hotels that the check-in time is usually 3pm), especially important for us as it was raining heavily outside and we cannot go anywhere else. The breakfast was unexpectedly good (even the guy at egg station cooked very decently).
The music-themed Tralala Hotel Montreux is located right in the Old Town of Montreux, 500 metres from the lake and the Montreux train station. WiFi internet is available free of charge.

We had a balcony room and the view of Lake Geneva with the Alps draped behind was incredible. We also appreciated the retractable awning that let us enjoy the balcony even when it was raining. Parking onsite was easy and staff communication was great (and appreciated that most could communicate in English). As a bonus, we were given a Montreaux Riviera card, offering complimentary local transit and discounts to local attractions -- we weren't expecting that but were able to take advantage of it.
Located 250 metres from Vevey main station, Base Vevey provides accommodation with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Everything was great. I didn't have very high expectations for Vevey, but I completely fell in love with it, and one of the reasons is definitely Base Vevey. First of all, from the moment we checked in, all the staff were very kind. It was a kindness that went beyond mere professional courtesy and gave us a pleasant and touching feeling. Thank you to the staff member who talked about the locations from 'Crash Landing on You' while making small talk and mentioned liking K-dramas; your warm welcome was appreciated. The facilities are well organized and have very thoughtful details. I highly recommend it to those who want the cleanliness and service of a hotel but also the comfort of home like an Airbnb.

This was the ideal place for our family vacation with a 6-year old: the Aquaparc and the Swiss Vapeur Parc are lots of fun! The Labyrinthe Aventure isn't too far away by car (and our son loved it!) We enjoyed the sand beach at the camping site too. There are a number of other fun things to see in the area which we unfortunately didn't have time for, including Aquatis (a large aquarium), castle Aigle and castle Chillon, Barry Land, Western City, the salt mine in Bex, ...
Our son already misses Le Bouveret, so we may have to go back someday ;-)
I liked the location and the staff as well as breakfast. They were very responsive and brought new pillows and a baby cot in when asked. They allowed us to borrow the towels to go to Aquapark which we really appreciated. I also really liked the beautiful view from the room, the bathroom and the air conditioning. Overall the whole place was really clean. There are loads of things that are very kid-friendly about the hotel. It is also right opposite the entrance of Aquapark.
The view when waking up is amazing. The owner was super nice and let me use one of his bikes. I got to explore Switzerland with it. Loved my stay. Would stau again :)
