Quiet, friendly staff and great location. Really appreciated some delicious sandwiches for my breakfast, since I needed to begin walking before breakfast in order to beat the heat. The concierge was so kind and helpful to suggest that!

Junior Suite was excellent although the television would have been better in the sitting area rather than the bedroom. Beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is located in the centre of Brig / Naters, a place to relax among the Alps and some beautiful lakes. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation and a large garden area.

The standard of the room was high and immaculate. With a large veranda facing the other building and parking. What we didn't know was that the hotel had its own beer and brewery. Not a downer that either!

The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, of the entire valley below and the mountains surrounding it, like something from a movie! The room is cute, cozy and clean, with a renovated and spotless clean bathroom.
The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff (owner?) very nice.
Hotel is located next to the gondola station so really convenient to arrive! Belalp is a wonderful location for hiking or even easy walks, with breathtaking views! Perfect visit, and i would love to visit again!

Great view of the mountains, efficient public transportation and a very good ski area. Super comfortable for families. The restaurants have food of good quality, however they should work more on the food variety by introducing e.g., more vegetables on the menu. A surprise was the soja milk at the bar in one of those restaurants. Infrastructure is super efficient, as usual in Switzerland.

The Cable car to Belalp starts from here, nice little...
The Cable car to Belalp starts from here, nice little village with mostly Holiday homes and Hotels. Was there in summer, had few nice sunny days and couple of rainy days. Felt mostly peaceful , went around the belalp. Nature lovers, walkers, Hikers you get quite some things to do here.
Make sure you get most of your stuff from down Brig or Naters. You get very less options to buy anything like Groceries, Fuel for Cars etc.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless and bed was very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was incredible.
The mountain view was breathtaking especially early morning. The area is quite, safe and bus station and cable car to Sparrhorn right in front of the hotel.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room and delicious intercontinental breakfast.
The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a couple of hiking trails just a short walking distance from the hotel, perfect for nature lovers.
There is also a convenient garage for parking your car. The owner, along with his wife and daughters, is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable.

This was the perfect hotel for me and my young daughter. The indoor/outdoor pool, central location, view, and friendly owners made this hotel memorable. The restaurant was also delicious. We came to enjoy the cow festival. We will return to this hotel!
