Excellent service. There was a major problem as the hotel was too full, but the staff/owner went out of their way to fix the problem by finding me anther hotel, and reimbursed me 100% (+ new room free of charge). This is great service and you don't see this kind of "care" that often these days, hence why I do recommend this place!

The location was very well located right off the highway so it was not difficult to reach. There is a restaurant on site if you don't feel like hunting for food in the area. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and stocked with toiletries. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I stayed only one night as I was on the way to Italy but definitely would consider this hotel for future stays.
Staff courteous and exceptionally helpful -- willingly prepared take-away breakfast since I had to leave very early in the morning. Thirty seconds from Balerna train station but rooms are quiet since they are on side of hotel facing away from station. Rooms and bathrooms super clean. Splendid terrace for drinks or meals. Excellent price-quality relation. Am staying there again next month.
The breakfast was great, a wide selection of foods, including some healthy options. The hotel is right next to the train station. The room itself was super clean and neatly decorated. It had all amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly.
We came here for a Bike 'n' Wine tour, and the hotel is perfectly located for that (very close to the start and end spot).
The hotel is lovely, the room comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The outside bar has been very well designed, and is as beautiful as the local town planning authority allows. ( The once splendid views are rather hampered by some somewhat utilitarian concrete structures.) In all, it's a welcome sanctuary at the end of a long car journey.

The hotel has a lot of charm. We had a very nice, clean and spacious room.
Parking was free and just in front of the hotel.
