The place is very clean, the receptionist who attended to us in the morning was very attentive and nice! Shopping mall and good restaurants close by, we could just walk.

Breakfast was good, the menu was written for each day. The location was perfect for the event that i had to attend to, not even 5 minutes by car. I was there last year, liked it so i booked the same hotel this year. The room is spacious, bed very comfy.

A great mid-sized town filled with friendly people and in the middle of a wonderful touristic area mixing the beauty of natural trails and more mundane pleasures such as vineyards, the quaint touristic charm of Niagara-on-the-Lake and, of course, the famous Niagara Falls.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, gave the hotel a much more homely feel. For example, they lent us a toaster and kettle which aren't normally available in the rooms.
Very comfortable beds.
Plenty of room and loads of storage.
Appreciated the quietness of the hotel (not overly busy), room comfort and cleanliness, and a fairly decent breakfast buffet - but would have appreciated it being available until at least 10am (6:30 -9:00am too short).
Location was close to our party in St. Catharines. The weekend over Canada Day causes hotels to raise their prices to double what they might normally be.
