The view was beautiful, as we had a river balcony. There were comfortable chairs inside the room and outside on the balcony. We enjoyed a picnic on our balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was ample room for luggage and hanging our clothes. The staff, although they only spoke French, were extremely kind and helpful.

Nothing to eat for miles except overpriced stale, I mean stale sandwiches in the gas bar. Rooms (we had 3 ) smelled bad and bedding was old and of poor quality when it was new.
The one plus, I am unilingual English and all except one staff member, who are French, tried their best to understand me.
