Extremely clean and well appointed room. The only issue was the bed. It was very small for a queen size. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay

Everything from the moment we checked in (including the warm cookie). Very comfy beds, modern room, great bar and friendly staff!
St Albert is easy to get around. Many stores along the main road. St. Albert has a lot of history. The old part of St Albert is on Ste Anne street which is full of interesting little shops. The first church built by Father Lacombe is on top of the hill. Very interesting history. Well worth taking time to explore St. Albert.

Our original room had a bad TV reception.
Our original room had a bad TV reception. After the technician couldn’t fix it, we were moved to a room with a whirlpool tub!! Andrew at the front desk was amazing and very helpful!! We have nothing to complain about at all!!
St.Albert is beautiful!!

We spent two days in a heavy snowfall while in Saint Albert visiting our grandchildren. We didn’t see or experience much of the city. We were really glad that the Holiday Inn was so cosy and accommodating.

St. Albert is a sprawling prairie city that appears to be preparing itself for growth. Hwy 2, aka "the St. Albert Trail" (the trail), cuts through the town offering a reasonably quick trip from South to North and beyond. (If you're familiar with Kelowna, think Harvey Ave (hwy 97) but one that actually flows during peak traffic times). It seems that most of the city's shopping and other amenities (restaurants, banks, gyms) are along the trail or else downtown. On Saturdays from June to sometime in September there's a brilliant farmers market downtown that's worth visiting. There are some nice walking trails out near the enormous sports field complex in the southwest part of town near Big Lake (John E. Poole wetlands) and the Enjoy Centre.
evry thing was fine love the room and evry thing about hotel i will stay agen some time ther was one thing the doors to the room to go into room ar varey haley and i fond it hard to open and have to rember my key all the time becase evry time i went to live room the s door shut to fast but mabey that the way it sops to be but other then that it was great and i like you have to tap your key on inside of elevator to get to yourflooor
The reception staff were wonderful. The hotel was busy because it was full of forest fire evacuees, but the ladies at the desk were personable and friendly, and they took the time with every guest to make their experience great. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a/c that was quiet and easy to operate. Security was great. You needed a room key to access amenities, stairs, and elevators.
We were moving and had a few days between when our stuff was packed and when we could get our new place. St. Albert Inn was very close to our new place. The free hot breakfast was really good and the bed very comfortable. It was also quiet, which was amazing given the hotel was full and it is located on the busiest road in St. Albert.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the shower worked, the lady at the desk when we checked in was very nice, while simple the mini breakfast buffet was good and the young man busing the tables and making sure everything was topped up did a great job, the hotel is convenient to lots of restaurants on St. Albert Trail.
How can you complain about "free?" But the 'hot' breakfast was not piping hot. But I've had 'free' breakfasts that were only a stale doughnut and a cup of coffee.
This is a brand new hotel and it's sparkling clean and relatively quiet. However, it is out on the edge of St. Albert, far from easy access to Edmonton.
Nice hotel but the room had a bad smell when you walked in, long black hair in the sink then later on a little bug came up on the first bed! They offered to give me another room but I was in there already but wish I did move because all night I didn't sleep thinking I would see more little friend!!
The front desk manager was a very accommodating for my dad in a wheelchair even though the handicap room was taken they made accommodations and brought us a shower chair the breakfast was delicious and overall it was a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel
The jacuzzi suite we rented was divine. Unfortunately, Booking.com did not actually reserve the room we rented with the hotel. Meaning when we arrived, our room was already rented to someone else.
Hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful! Kids loved using the pool and hot tub. Beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good but could use a little more selection
This is our favourite place to stay in St Albert. The room is so big and comfortable. The hotel has many amenities and the breakfast included has many options.
Comfy beds, cleanliness throughout hotel, pool, gym, were opened. Nice warm breakfast in the morning, nice staff, close to the highway and nearby amenities.
Desirable, spacious floor plan......clean, quiet.......staff encounters superb.
Located beside Costco was excellent and situated north end of St. Albert.
