The front desk was very helpful and many processes were automatic which saved time. We were able to enjoy the facilities and have a restful exciting stay.

It does have an odor sometimes because of the industrial businesses. (Pulp mill). The homeless issue is quite bad as Prince George is a central hub in the province.
There are many restaurants to choose from and (what I consider) a lot of shopping options.

The PG Sandman Signature was horrific.
The PG Sandman Signature was horrific. A hockey team’s bus was left running all night right outside 4 floors of rooms. Noise complaint not addressed. Hot water took 15 minutes to heat to even a luke warm temp. Only 1 elevator in working order. Face cloth in bathroom was blood stained. Toilet seat would not remain up. No breakfast offered or available. Limited parking. Language barrier with staff.

Prince George does not feel like a city to us.
Prince George does not feel like a city to us. Instead it feels like 4/5 separate communities that happen to overlap a bit. This is largely due to the downtown area which has the potential to be quite fabulous feeling abandoned and shabby (with the exception of a few nice places to eat and a lovely coffee shop called Rituals).
The various communities are pretty much like their own mini towns with a mall of some kind in the centre and so have no need to venture out of their area, and there is not enough in downtown currently to make it a destination. Though there are a few must sees like Connaught Park.

The malls were good but web sites for go carts need updating as i wasted time driving out there cause site said they were open when it didnt look like track has been used for long time.and theres no customer service at dennys.and timmies arent great
The bidet toilet is a novelty you have to try. The room on our second night was much better than the first and very clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool was large enough to do laps (15m long) and clean. The pool change rooms were the best I have seen. The parking and hotel location are relatively secure and accessible.
My room's toilet had a heated seat and an auto-butt washer. What is it? It is a "bidet"! I had to unplug it because I didn't want to wash my butt on a hot toilet seat. There's a shower and bar soap for that! Otherwise, great room in downtown Prince George.
All of us friends went on the tour together. We got up at their hotel at Travelodge. They are very good hearted people. We are very happy with their service. Their rooms and room service are all excellent
The room was excellent value for 4 adults during peak season. It was $105.00 plus taxes and fees. The Carmel Inn was close enough to Prince George's downtown without being right downtown.
The Inn was very easy to find on the south side of Prince George. There was a ton of parking and it felt safe! The room was modest and perfect for us, and the rate was very affordable.
Wonderful team at the Hyatt Place in Prince George. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and best smart TV of any hotel. Overall great place to stay.
Adjacent secure parkade next to hotel. Secure elevators, must use room key cards to activate elevator.. Staff are polite and helpful, easy check in, and check out.
