Stayed multiple times and have always had a great stay. My kids love the park and the heated saltwater pool. Basketball net for the older kids. Parking right outside my door and lots of parking on the property. Property also has a BBQ you're able to use. Excellent WIFI. Great cable options. Staff are very welcoming. Rooms and property are very clean and well kept. More than enough outlets in the rooms and great water pressure. Will always choose the Fox Motor Inn while staying in Napanee

Napanee is a quaint and quiet town. The scenery is lovely. The main street has several artisan shops, bakeries and cafes. The Waterfront Restaurant is a great eatery with attractive landscaping and outdoor sitting. You can relax and cruise the river in a pontoon boat or sit in the park and watch and there is a wonderful playground for children. It's a great experience for all ages

Napanee is a great little town.
Napanee is a great little town. We've only ever driven in off the highway to stop for gas but this time we were there for 3 days. We discovered some great restaurants, including one on the waterfront in an old 1800s building and a pub on the main street. There's an awesome coffee shop with the best scones, Coffee Cravings. And for people with kids, the best playground ever, which has a zip-line type ride. Even our 18-year-old loved it.

We loved the waterfront restaurant the food was excellent and it is on a garden. Service was friendly. Napanee is a little far from sandbanks however when other hotels are full you can stay in Napanee!
The motel is quaint, quiet, VERY well kept (numerous flowers everywhere) and VERY clean.
The front desk was efficient and friendly.
The room was spotless: nice comfortable beds, sparkling bathroom with all comforts (towels, toiletries, hairdryer), fridge.
On site there also was a pool (spotless), picnic tables and barbecues available for the guests. We didn’t use any of it but it was a pleasant surprise to find this all available.
We highly recommend the Fox Motor Inn for all the above mentioned reasons.

there was no breakfast. coffee pot in the room for tea or coffee with coffee and whitener provided. Also 1 small fridge.
The room was clean and the location was quiet apart from road traffic.
The room was larger enough for us to bring in our bikes for safety.
No smell of smoking.
The suggestion of where to eat was good. I was given a brochure of local sites on asking for points of interest.
The local museum was interesting and we learned some interesting things about this area of the world.
We liked everything from check in to check out.

The beds where comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets A/C WORKED great.
Shower had hot water and nice amount of pressure.
Surprisingly spacious, newly renovated room with modern, solid, spacey furniture and equipped with kitchenette which our family always appreciate. Soft mattresses (if you like it). Quiet area, despite of being close to a big street. Quiet A/C unit, good wifi, Petro-Canada across the street and Tims around the corner for urgent needs.
Location was good, Our team will be returning summer of 2023 to Napanee . The only problem I have is that our price doubled to the regular guests that stay at this motel. I realize that they would get a better price, but double ? Unfortunately our team will look at other accommodations due to this price we where charged.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was ample parking space and a huge area for a toddler to run around. Jim and Sam were great hosts and we had great conversations with them. They went out of the way to get us tea in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place while visiting the region.
Room was meticulous and had all necessary amenities. Most importantly, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was waiting for us when we got up in the morning. Paul was an exceptional host. My son asked to go back the next time we visit Napanee. Highly recommended.

Great Central Location to all that Quinte area has to offer. All kinds of room for parking. Immaculate Modern Home Will everything amenity and convenience you will require on your vacation.
The free breakfast and coffee were nice to have on site. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I was staying with my daughter and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The A/C unit was also quiet so we were able to have a good night sleep. The breakfast buffet was better the I expected.
Pricing was $20 or $30 less than the next door neighbor motor inn. Microwave and fridge worked well. Fast food options are available within walking distance.
